At this point, Ron Paul should start campaigning.

Currently his best option is to keep his mouth shut and let the other nutters talk themselves out of the job.

A better question is does a politician exist that isn't a corporate shrill? Can we have leaders that aren't corporate shrills? ? I am depressed that we live in a fascist era where corporations ruin our countries.

Well in Canada we have for the leader of the official opposition a shill for the government employees unions. Is that far enough out in left field for you?

Yeah, tax lawyers aren't too bright; community activists are much smarter.

Thank you for recognizing the fact that those who actually care about their fellow citizens might have a slightly higher IQ than those who are concerned with collecting taxes and who actually only worked for a total of five years. Thank you also for actually having the courage (this time) to comment on one of my posts instead of giving it a thumbs down without explanation as you did last time.

I think that was sarcasm.

Everyone is pretty putting down all the Republican candidates for what ever reason and applauding just about anything a Democrat says or does. (Wiener excepted)

Great Orators of the Democrat Party

"One man with courage makes a majority." - Andrew Jackson

"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself." - Franklin D.
Roosevelt

"The buck stops here.." - Harry S. Truman

"Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your
country." - John F. Kennedy

And, from today's genius Democrats...

"It depends what your definition of 'Sex' is?'' - Bill Clinton

"That Obama ... I would like to cut his NUTS off." - Jesse Jackson

"Those rumors are false .... I believe in the sanctity of marriage." -
John Edward's

"I invented the Internet." - Al Gore

"The next Person that tells me I'm not religious, I'm going to shove my
rosary beads up their ASS." - Joe Bidden

"America is ... Is no longer, uh, what it ... It, uh, could be, uh,
what it was once was ... Uh, and I say to myself, 'uh, I don't want
that future, uh, uh for my children." - Barack Obama

"I have campaigned in all 57 states." - Barack Obama (Quoted 2008)

"You don't need God anymore, you have us Democrats." - Nancy Pelosi
(Quoted 2006)

"Paying taxes is voluntary." - Sen. Harry Reid

"Bill is the greatest husband and father I know. No one is more
faithful, true, and honest than he." - Hillary Clinton (Quoted 1998)

And the most recent gem of wisdom from the "Mother Moron":

"We just have to pass the Healthcare Bill to see what's in it."

- Nancy Pelosi (Quoted March, 2010)

HOW LUCKY CAN WE BE - TO HAVE SUCH BRILLIANT MINDS IN CHARGE OF OUR
ONCE GREAT COUNTRY?

''Life's tough ... it's even tougher if you're stupid.''

- John
Wayne

I always laugh at people who think that quote is silly. The Globe and Mail did a survey, around that time, of young people (16 to 20, if I recall), and a majority of them did not consider oral sex to be sex.

So there is a point to what Clinton said; a significant proportion of society does not consider oral to be 'sex'.

Whether you, or I, agree with that is a separate point. My only point is that he had a reason for saying that, and it is a perfectly logical question, in the circumstances.

Yup, some of the young actually thought that, me I say he was lucky. :) That was a silly part of our history.

gopher, if YOU looked after and cared for 23 foster children you would need no less.

Of course, as a liberal, you would never have the heart to care for children. Far more convenient to murder them by abortion.

You obviously have missed my earlier posts in which I said I am a pro-lifer. You also missed the fact that the majorities in the Roe and Casey decisions were Republicans.

All we want is a honest person , who cares about our people and will do there best to be a blessing to us! We hate war and count it the very last thing we do! our nation is going down hill! Many of those in congress , just sign bills without reading them! We are giving billions and billions over seas to people who hate us ! monies we do not have! She could not be worse than Obama!
Plus we do not need to get involved in these peoples problems! The problem in these governments is Not there leaders , but there god!
Replacing evil men with more evil men will not make anything right! Could make it far worse!
Truth is what counts!2Ti 3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
If they refuse to confess Jesus Christ LORD? then we cannot expect truth from them! We are in a bad time on the earth! Things will get much worse!
2Ti 2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.
We can only truly trust a person by there spirit! and we normally do not see the Spirit of the person?
2Co 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

satan is the great deceiver, so his evil children can appear good , when in fact they are very evil?
We cannot lean to our understanding, we must pray and ask the Spirit of truth ! few will?

Michele Bachmann said (paraphrasing) that the FOREFATHERS fought and won against slavery, but of course the slavish and slobbering 0bama worshipping liberal media wh0res misquoted her claiming that she said FOUNDING FATHERS.

Anyways, her aspirations to win the Republican nomination and the Presidency is no way more ridiculous and/or unreal than those of 0bama's were four years ago.

The right has a new sweetheart. Isn't that just so Disneyesque. Makes me all warm and fuzzy.

Just what the world needs - another religious wing nut.

The Left has had a half-breed Muslim sweetheart since that idiotic 'not red states not blue states, united states' crap five years ago.

So, the United States debt and deficit are at unprecedented level. Truly Disneyesque, isn't it?

After this worthless communist/Muslim/atheist nutbar, the world DOES need somebody religious.

Actually, the US would be better off being run by atheists, because they don't have a religious axe to grind with the Muzzies, they have no reason to hate anybody because they're different, and are more socially aware, no reasons for wars, no god that is better than the next guys,no reason to impose their moral standards on anyone.

An atheist state would abolish religious freedom, let alone freedom altogether. The Soviet Union, self-declared atheist China, and their lack of freedom - these things don't phase you?

Atheist China and its religious intolerance

Soviet anti-religious legislation
Persecution of Christians in the Soviet Union

And Christians don't persecute atheists? What do you think the chances are of any atheist being elected to any office in the US, let alone the federal government? I personally know plenty of atheists who are some of the least judgmental people on the planet. They are firm believers in freedom of every sort, are more socially aware than any Christian I've met.

Politics and religion have always been inseparable because both require the same type of mind set - us and them, winners and losers. Duality is the curse of both. Atheists are more apt to view the oneness, the interconnectedness and interdependence of all living things because their egos have not been inflated by the "God created me in his own image" psychosis.

Oh, thanks for the negative reps, Walter. Coming from a right wing nut, it is truly an honour.
