Sorry, gravity is all about mass. The higher the mass of an object, the more gravity. There is no debating this, it is proven fact. If your books say otherwise, then they need to be updated.
I thought maybe eanissar was talking about Freddy Mercury since he was spinning around and died but I don't thing gravity was involved in that situation.

enassir is laying gravity completely on heat. He has stated in this thread that the moon has gravity because of the heat from the sun. From what he is saying, if a body had no heat, then it would have no gravity.

I learnt two words from Dexter Sinister: “spinning” and“circling” : the earth spins, i.e. rotates around its axis; and the earthcircles around the sun.

No, it is just like the Earth; Venus was one part of the nine parts of the previous sun that had been destroyed in the previous Doomsday.
So after the previous sun broke up, it became 9 pieces (one of these pieces were Venus); these 9 pieces were captured then by the gravity of the nearest sun: our present Sun, and these 9 pieces started to circle around the Sun and to spin around themselves.
Then Venus recently became a cold object, therefore its density increased; specially the density of its core.
