AWESOME! That was clutch Mr. President.

No, they should have spiked his head on a pike and displayed it on the wall of the US Embassy in Kabul.

Impress the enemy, make his death undeniable.

**** Muslim "sensibilities". If Osama was a devout Muslim........then, well...do the math.

In the twentieth century, well over 110,000 soldiers from our tiny population died fighting overseas........in wars in which we made a reputation for being the best warriors available. "Our reputation as a peaceful, peace-keeping nation" exists only in the imaginations of seriously deluded idiot lefties.
You are quite correct about the best warriors available, my unit took on US army rangers, Marines, and even the vaunted green berets in various exercises and kicked ass. You portrayal of the lives lost overseas is very misleading as 100k of that was during 2 world wars. I guess the whole planet is full of those 'seriously deluded lefties' because that is what everyone I have met while travelling the world thinks of us.

"Imperialistic war-mongers bent on global domination" don't leave the countries they conquer.....the Americans can't WAIT to get out of Iraq.....and Afghanistan.
A lot of american people want out, their government would like to stay permanently. You seem to forget that most of this whole affair comes down to the US establishing permanent bases in Saudi Arabia after the first gulf war, that is what OBL's big protest was.

In your dreams.

My brother was in the US Navy and he has a story of how he beat up a Marine. I told him that I am sure every sailor has a story of the day they beat up a Marine.

But please share the date and exercise in which you kicked the ass of any of those three and I can easily look it up and see. Easily.

I bet the reality of it is that the only time you saw Marines, Rangers, and Green Berets is on TV.

Now you are just being foolish.

I want to answer but it is just so stupid for you to say that.

Wrong.

Ok... I get it. You have no facts so you are simply making things up.

An hour... tops!

Why?

Have you even read the patriot act? Do you have any idea of what 'homeland security' has the abiity to do and is already doing? It would seem from your answers and beliefs you have no idea of what is allowed by invoking it. Combine that with the 'signing statements' your president Bush (and now Obama) has used to circumvent congress and you have a psuedo-dictatorial police state in the making.

The reality is... it has changed NOTHING. Not a thing. My life has ONLY been altered with a little bit longer in airport security. That is it.

You're a social revolutionary. You'd do well in Harvard Square with the rest of the nut cases that Icarus descibed.

And they wonder why the government was almost shut down because it had no money to pay it's bills, employee wages or even those poor bastards living in the desert in tents.

That's because you have to pass appropriations within a certain time frame, not because of war spending.

My sister beat a US Marine to his knees with her purse and took his pissy girl beer and poured it down his shirt.

If you think I am going to post on the internet things I swore an oath and signed a contract not to reveal to any media you are more stupid than I originally thought.

You just keep believing that, they love it when they have millions of sheeple buying onto their propaganda.

You do know it is your duty under the 2nd ammendment to question your govt and hold it accountable at every turn don't you?

If there's no body of OBL then there's no conformation of a kill and there's no reason to party. If you take a US presidents word for it you're a pin head.

I also love the bit about following muslim tradition...which is to bury the body in the ground with the head pointing towards Mecca, not dump it in the ocean.

LMAO. That's just what I thought.

I bet you kicked SEAL Team Six's azz and Delta Force as well.

Joint Training Operations are hardly classified.

The Right to Bear arms states that it is my duty to question and hold my government accountable at every turn? Are you mad? Seriously... are you mentally challenged? If so I will let up.

Yeah, that is getting a chuckle out of us down here as well. It really is. We are loving the fact that he was dumped in the ocean and that some government officials said "In keeping with muslim tradition we buried him within 24 hours... at sea."

At any rate. His body was OURS to do with as WE saw fit. Chucking him in the ocean was priceless.

No doubt the following days will bring many arguments for and against the methodology chosen for dispensing with binLaden's remains in accordance with Islamic tradition....

Is being shot, beaten, dragged through the streets, torched, and hung from a bridge in front of cheering crowds acceptable and in keeping with Islamic tradition.

Well that happened to four Americans in Fallujah.

He got off easy and I do not care what they say about it.
