You may want to reduce your spectrum of ignorance and add such honourable members as forestry workers, fish and wildlife workers and literally thousands of employees who dedicate their lives to the care and protection of orphaned and mistreated children. Add to that the many inspectors who improve our chances of survival. Don't forget the creeps in the private sector who cheap out on home construction putting lives at risk for a quick buck. I believe in mentoring programs for young musicians and the arts. I am also in favour of funding our healthcare system, but the way it is delivered must be looked at very seriously. And if someone like the RICH AND FAMOUS AVRO wants to pay for an MRI he should be able to.
There are lot of programs that could be revamped to deliver better service at a lower cost..

Yeah all they had to do was vote to pass a bill all opposition said they would never pass. Then they could have watched while Harper prorogued parliament yet again to avoid being censured for it. Of course the budget would have been passed and all the whoas of the current economic status of Canada could be then laid on their shoulders.
That would be a bit like calling the neocons power hungry for voting against a budget that guts the military during a Liberal government.

The stimulus package was necessary to ensure we could suvive the down turn in the world economy.
As a result of his managment of the economy we are recovering very nicely. We are the best in the G8. The proof is in the pudding, as they say !!

This is who the police had no choice but to contain with force, not the kind folks who protested peacefully. Notice how the "anarchists" didn't want the cameras on them and they didn't want to speak their opinion to the media? If they were legit they would have protested peacefully like the rest of the crowd and they would have been left alone by the police. There is nothing democratic about them in the least. They're bent on violence and vandalism which throws all their credibility out the window!
