You clearly suffer from IDS (Israel Derangement Syndrome) and unfortunately there's no known cure.. :-(

You can say that. It's because you don't read Israels own documents and numerous lectures expressing no less than I have. I don't need to be cured I need to party hardy while Israel dissolves into the evil slime it really is.

Muslim Brotherhood emblem:

The Muslim Brotherhood (Arabic: Hizb al Ikhwan al Muslimeen - The party of the Muslim Brothers or Jamaat al-Ikhwan al-Muslimun - Society of the Muslim brotherhood ) is a fundamentalist international organization or organizations originating in Egypt, whose goals are the conversion of Muslim countries into states ruled by Sha'aria law, the re-establishment of the Caliphate and ultimately, world dominion. The Muslim Brotherhood's ideology, which insists that Islam is a prescription for governance as well as religion, is the prototypical example of Islamism. Their slogan is self-explanatory: "God is our purpose, the Prophet our leader, the Qur'an our constitution, Jihad our way and dying for God's cause our supreme objective.
Different factions of the Muslim Brotherhood believe that an Islamic society can be achieved by violent means in the near term, or by education and "preparation" of society and "democratic" takeover. The Muslim Brotherhood was founded formally in March 1928 in Egypt by Hassan al-Banna, but it may have existed before in a less formal framework.

More on what is realy happening in Egypt

If anyone thinks it's about liberating Egyptians, you're dreaming in colour, just look at what happened in Iran after the Shah was kicked out

''The Muslim Brotherhood''

CBS & al-Jazeera both reported today that the protests are being led and carried out by the majority moderates, not by that cult. Despite these reports, there will always be those Islamophobic paranoids who will ascribe anything and everything to the fanatics.

There was an well known Islamic Extremist who was against the uprising in Egypt so maybe that's telling of the ultimate outcome..

Those who don't learn from history are bound to repeat the same mistakes....Iran comes to mind.....

That's why the constant revision of history is absolutely necessary to the proper regulation of the western masses. America has always been a staunch friend of the Egyptian people that is why they have paid billions so that the Egyptian man on the street could enjoy a stable secure living environment while they waited for democracy to bloom in gun barrels provided by the American poor and disposesed.
Americans starve today because they don't know their history and couldn't give a damn even as their lives depend on it this very day.

Poll shows Egyptians favour democracy and stoning for adultery - The Globe and Mail

Egyptians reject radical Islamists, but want Islam to play a large role in politics and think democracy is the best political system, according to poll data collected in Muslim countries last year. The sample group of 1,000 was surveyed in face-to-face interviews in April and May of last year for the U.S.-based Pew Research Center. These results give an idea of Egyptian public opinion before the current protests there broke out.

59%: Say democracy is preferable to any other form of government.
22%: Say a non-democratic system can be preferable in certain circumstances
Islam in politics
95%: Say it’s good that Islam plays a large role in politics
85%: Say Islam’s influence on politics is good
48%: Say Islam currently play a large role in Egyptian politics
Islamist extremism
80%: Think suicide bombings are never or rarely justified.
20%: Think suicide bombings are sometimes or often justified
70%: Are concerned or very concerned about Islamist extremism in the world
61%: Are concerned or very concerned about Islamist extremism in the Egypt
Traditional Muslim practices
54%: Believe men and women should be segregated in the workplace
82%: Believe adulterers should be stoned
84%: Believe apostates from Islam should face the death penalty
77%: Believe thieves should be flogged or have their hands cut off

.Egypt on the brink of a bloodbath [Voltaire]
Lastly, the current situation lays bare the contradictions within the U.S. administration. In his Cairo University speech, Barack Obama had offered to extend a hand to Muslims and had called for democracy. Today, however, he will make every effort to prevent democratic elections in Egypt from taking place. If he can put up with a legitimate government in Tunisia, he cannot do the same in Egypt. Elections would play out in favour of the Muslim Brotherhood and the Copts, who would form a government that would open the Gaza border and liberate the millions of people who are locked inside. With the support of their neighbours - Lebanon, Syria and Egypt - the Palestinians would overthrow the Zionist yoke.
It should be noted that over the last two years, Israeli strategists have been concocting a foul trick. Considering that Egypt is a social time bomb, that revolution is both inevitable and imminent, they planned to facilitate a coup d’Etat in favour of an ambitious and incompetent officer. In their scheme, the latter was supposed to launch an abortive war against Israel. Tel-Aviv would thus have recovered its military prestige and reconquered Mount Sinai with its natural riches. But Washington is resolutely against this scenario, which would be too difficult to control.
Ultimately, the Anglo-American Empire is still anchored to the principles laid down in 1945: to support those democracies that make the "right choice" (that of servility) and to oppose the nations that make the "wrong choice" (that of independence).
Consequently, if they deem it necessary, Washington and London will endorse without any qualms a bloodbath in Egypt, provided that the military who wins the upper hand pledges to maintain the international status quo.

not a very good analysis - but then your bias is what leads you. That is the problem with bias.

''Those who don't learn from history are bound to repeat the same mistakes.''

The lessons of Vietnam were not enough. Republicans started two wars in the Middle East supposedly for freedom when they were actually for war profits.

''Mubarack sent in his thugs, he's not going down without a fight..''

He would have gone down sooner except for the fact that Bush gave him money and armaments.

We will lose again.

Three decades ago, President Jimmy Carter urged another staunch American ally — the shah of Iran — to loosen his grip on power, only to see his autocratic regime replaced by the Islamic Republic. More recently, U.S.-supported elections have strengthened such groups as Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hamas in the Palestinian territories and anti-American radicals in Iran.
"Jimmy Carter will go down in American history as 'the president who lost Iran,'" the analyst Aluf Benn wrote in the daily Haaretz this week. "Barack Obama will be remembered as the president who 'lost' Turkey, Lebanon and Egypt, and during whose tenure America's alliances in the Middle East crumbled," Benn wrote.
Israel has tremendous respect for Mubarak, who carefully honored his country's peace agreement with Israel after taking power nearly 30 years ago.

That Israel's leaders had tremendous respect for someone who has brutally oppressed 80 million people for 30 years speaks volumes about where Israel stands on human rights, freedom and democracy.

Again you have no idea what you are saying. If Israel is to have peace they have to remain at peace with Egypt. If Iranian (Muslim Brotherhood) types take over Egypt the peace treaty will be thrown out and real war will break out. If that is you objective, you get everything you try and tell us you do not want. What exactly within those parameters do you want. Peace or nuclear annihilation of the Mid-East.
