And Your Contribution??????
Parroting what others say on the internet?
So much better...
Good thing you have a high opinion of yourself.....
Where did I say that man is not causing the temperature to rise? All I ever did was make fun at the "experts" sitting in front of their typewriters quoting one real expert here and there trying to score a point to prove their opinion. When every body knows that for every expert one finds on one side of an argument you can find an equal number on the other side.....and still nothing.
To bad you can't respond in emoticons, perhaps then you could give me reason why man is not causing temps to rise.
Instead you bring us what you bring to every thread.
Nothing.

Whether climate change is caused by man or sunspots or volcanoes or forest fires spewing co2 in the atmosphere or beetles spewing methane, the fact remains that whether man-made or not, most of those gases in the atmosphere have a long life span, and even if you turned the tap off on those gases or shut down all the factories, stopped every car ect.. the natural elements would keep it going for hundreds of years... So get used to to the heat, It's here to stay for years to come, and no amount of arguing in forums is gonna make any change any more than pi**ing in lake superior is gonna raise the water level.
For all your grandiose posturing and bullshyte wit, your opinion is no more valid than anyone in this forum.
You seem to take this Internet shyte way too seriously, so take a deep breath and relax, You're producing way too much CO2.
OKay Chicken Little....If you think that the overall rise in temperature of a degree or two over the next century is a catastrophy, I'll leave you to your running around with your tinfoil hat.
I sure would take those couple of degrees this winter and a few more if you have any to spare....Have yourself a good night.................

Good site.It seems the US military takes this stuff seriously.
Perhaps if you call me some more names it will all go away.
I like David Phillips.....
Dailymotion - The Effects Of Climate Change - a Tech & Science video
From 2:20 onward
And he doesn't "Pontificate"
Um, sorry, Ironsides, but I clicked the link and the first thing I saw after what the link is about, I saw this and I have to mention that anyone who says they are right about everything make me suspicious.
That mea culpa statement by a lot of "experts" is what I have a problem with.Interesting that you mention David Phillips, he works with my sister and I have met the man on a few occasions. He and a few other experts I have met are the reason I am no longer a skeptic.
This video is a good one, he basically says it's real, we are causing it, we need to curb emmissions and prepare for the damage we have already done.
Good post.
The credibility of the hacks who started the whole craze are questionable at best. When industrialized global farming is off the table as a planetary fix I'll begin to once again re-evaluate what is being sold to the people. A fear driven brainwashing drive telling us money will fix any alleged problem is hint enough that we are being had.I'm always a sceptic when ringleaders in anything stand to make a fortune at the expense of the rest of us.

We may be one of the causes, but I do not believe we are the main cause as some carbon credit broker would have us believe.
All the other causes mentioned by David Phillips seem to be forgotten in all the hype... and he does say that we're gonna get it even if we turn of every car on earth.
The manufacturing revolution may just be the proverbial drop in the bucket.
