I guess we'll never know.

Sure we will - and do.. Look at the vids from the fanatics as well as the Israelis, it's pretty straight forward, the hate-mongers met all forms of (initial peaceful) communications - and later boarding the vessel - with venom, bile and aggression.

Pretend all you like it is otherwise, everyone that has viewed the vids got a glimpse into the black hearts of the flotilla's attitude and also realize that the word "humanitarian" had no relevance in any way shape or form.

Did you just think it was Muslims?

get help MHz... I mean that very seriously and sincerely - you have a problem.

The not so funny part is signing a cease-fire and then unloading a lot more tonnage in 1 day than those rockets from Gaza carried collectively.

Don't bring a knife to a gun fight... Amazing how that old movie-line is especially relevant to most of your arguments.

Hamas and the Palestinian terrorist organizations are the biggest pussy-cowards on historical record, and somehow, you absolve all of their aggressive actions, breeches of truces, inhumane policy, unethical and immoral acts based on a few Israeli responses to Palestinian evil as fuel to justify more Palestinian acts of aggression, breeches of truces, inhumane policy, unethical and immoral acts.

If that mentality weren't so pathetic, it might be humerous, but clearly, you are serious about it and all I can do is weep for the future of humanity.

600 people and 60 weapons

Weapons, eh?... Not farming tools? Kitchen appliances? Shoe shine box supplies?

You really are a piece of work, aren't you?

Israel must have improved it's targeting since the Liberty then. Why do you assume that would be the end of it. Given their position at the UN perhaps they can put a group together

I suppose that teh opportunity exists to find out.

They are on the same side twit.

Oh.. So that is the logic that you and the other terrorists use to justify why women and children should be human shields?... 'Cause you're protecting them?... From who? - You or the Israelis?

Then again, I suppose that it does make some sense in that the terrorists have an equal mental capacity of those poor mentally handicapped women that they conned into blowing themselves up.

Sounds about right.

That false-flag operations exist? Gulf of Tonkin ring a bell.

Did they move the gulf of Tonkin to Gaza recently?... How come I didn't get the memo?

You must agree by now that Israel was the onlt one to bring fire-arms aboard.

Perhaps, but in all fairness, the Israelis didn't bring cleavers, butcher knives, clubs, lead pipes and molotov cocktails.

I suppose that it's all even in the end.

There were none, aren't you paying attention.

I see... So it's a myth that the thousands of Palestinian missiles that bombed Israel don't exist?

Gotcha... Thanks.

By design, Israel sets how much aid come in and then steals the rest for themselves or lets it sit until it is spoiled and on no use to antbody, all by design.

Says you?.... Too bad for the Palestinians I guess.

Don't bet on it, there only has tp be a collective will to short the oil supplies and stop using the US dollar. America will be out of business and Israel will be out of fuel, all perfectly legal.

Yeah, that'll be real easy... hell, one or two phone calls and that'll be it, eh?

I don't keep stats like that, ask Colpy he likes to keep track of kill ratios and things like that.

Ofcourse you don't know when the last time Turkey was involved, independently in a major conflict.. You'd know that it was Cypress and that won't be against a force as advanced and organized as the Israelis (using relative timeframes ofcourse).

The Turks will get their asses handed to them and they know it.

Lets see if the tactic changes with the next ship. The early reports said they were boarded, not they haven't been. So it is a wait and see game.

Pretend all you like it is otherwise, everyone that has viewed the vids got a glimpse into the black hearts of the flotilla's attitude and also realize that the word "humanitarian" had no relevance in any way shape or form.
Pretend about what? Would you have preferred they had killed some rather than giving them some bruises?

get help MHz... I mean that very seriously and sincerely - you have a problem.
Well lets see, Germany didn't break any laws during WWII, that still didn't work out for them in the end did it?

Don't bring a knife to a gun fight... Amazing how that old movie-line is especially relevant to most of your arguments.
That's about how old it is alright.

Where did I say that? The war was already well under way by the time Hamas was elected. They have every right to challenge the legality of UN181, if it was a sure win for the 33 Nations that voted to take their land (from an war-time Allie of all people). It certainly wasn't Hamas who has stopped any Courts from hearing the pertition (the one Court actually)

If that mentality weren't so pathetic, it might be humerous, but clearly, you are serious about it and all I can do is weep for the future of humanity.
The concept is quite valid, nobody seems to be willing to protect the local residents, that was clear from the 6 months from when UN181 was signed and the 700,000 that were expelled from what was to be the start of the land grab. As it is a person might as well stop complaining about any misdeeds in the world since fuk all ever happens to reign it in. The protectors are now the biggest abusers, including Canada.

Weapons, eh?... Not farming tools? Kitchen appliances? Shoe shine box supplies?
Did Israel ever come up with a list of banned items that are actually manufactured as a weapon or do they just make it up as they go?

You really are a piece of work, aren't you?
How would you know?

I suppose that teh opportunity exists to find out.
That wouldn't be good for either side. Don't forget Israel is only a Nation made up of men, God hasn't been in their corner since He booted them off His land in about 600BC. The reprieve was just long enough for Jesus to establish a few things.

Oh.. So that is the logic that you and the other terrorists use to justify why women and children should be human shields?... 'Cause you're protecting them?... From who? - You or the Israelis?
You calling me a terrorist? Let me guess you have brown eyes.

Then again, I suppose that it does make some sense in that the terrorists have an equal mental capacity of those poor mentally handicapped women that they conned into blowing themselves up.

Sounds about right.
For your narrow view of the world it should sound about right, only certain humans have the right to life. That isn't really a new concept in the history of man. We raelly should drop the false pretense that people should all have the same rights as others, it's a farce and it always has been, might explain why so many of our noble institutions are rotten to the core, butb then you probably support child rape by priests an members of the Western Governments.

Did they move the gulf of Tonkin to Gaza recently?... How come I didn't get the memo?
Just the deceptive part. There are probably more than just a few things you don't get.

Perhaps, but in all fairness, the Israelis didn't bring cleavers, butcher knives, clubs, lead pipes and molotov cocktails.
That's right they had the best equipment that America can buy for them.

I suppose that it's all even in the end.
The end will be in accordance to Lord Rothschild's original vision of a Jewish State.

I see... So it's a myth that the thousands of Palestinian missiles that bombed Israel don't exist?
I'm sure Israel kept a great list, after all operation Cast Lead was for all 10,000 ... for 2009 anyway. No doubt they are working on the plan for phase 2 of the same operation.

Says you?.... Too bad for the Palestinians I guess.
They have been under the guns of the West since 1915, lied to from square one and still being fed nothing but empty promised from back-stabbers like Canada.

Yeah, that'll be real easy... hell, one or two phone calls and that'll be it, eh?
I didn't say easy, I said Turkey has friend that would come to her support even if that meant going against the US and she is weakest on her reliance on the dollar being the main currency.

Ofcourse you don't know when the last time Turkey was involved, independently in a major conflict.. You'd know that it was Cypress and that won't be against a force as advanced and organized as the Israelis (using relative timeframes ofcourse).
Opening Gaza to more humanitarian aid is the goal, I doubt Israel will think her standing in the world is so secure that she would confront a military power the size of Turkey.

The Turks will get their asses handed to them and they know it.
Israel hasn't been doing so well against the two places she has tried her damnest to destroy even. Even after making sure they were virtually disarmed. Come to think of it that is the only way the US will fight either.

...so they're usually the first one out there doing "poor me". Conflicting messages is the hallmark of a loonie.
I don't see them playing "poor me". I see them saying "These are the facts". Especially in this case. Where the facts are on their side.

So? Overthrow the general public, then
lol

That is what you wish to have understood and I obviously would agree with the article I posted.
That's good to know, here's the article you posted...

CAN ISRAEL IMPOSE A NAVAL BLOCKADE ON GAZA?

Yes it can
Right!

WHAT ARE INTERNATIONAL WATERS?
Under the U.N. Convention of the Law of the Sea a coastal state has a "territorial sea" of 12 nautical miles from the coast over which it is sovereign. Ships of other states are allowed "innocent passage" through such waters.

Under the law of a blockade, intercepting a vessel could apply globally so long as a ship is bound for a "belligerent" territory, legal experts say.
Right!

CAN ISRAEL USE FORCE WHEN INTERCEPTING SHIPS?

Under international law it can use force when boarding a ship.
Right!
OPPONENTS HAVE CALLED ISRAEL'S RAID "PIRACY." WAS IT?

No
Right!

You posted it, you said you agree with it 100%, it says what I have been saying all along. So you concede, full stop.

In the same post I also stated the reason given for the blockade/state of armed conflict is based on a 'presumed right'. Things change sometimes.
That's opinion, not fact. But it's irrelevant anyways, you agree 100% that Israel acted legally.

NP, facts are facts.
And you posted and agree to the facts, Israel acted within the confines of the law, thanx again for coming out.

you're literally mentally ill
Yes, but that still doesn't stop reality from being my friend. You should try it sometime.

sorry ....I didnt realize there was another thread
Really? You started it meat head.

This has long ago turned into a PR War.
If I gave a crap about PR, I'd smile more, lol. PR is for morons. Hence why the half wits still haven't grasped the fact that there is a difference between PR and reality.

That is what I see occurring within the next year or so at the most. Major War is on the horizon.
Sadly supported only by the supposed free thinkers and peace activists. I don't look forward to any war.

I also noted that I am a " worthless retard" for posting Mr. Clements Cartoons - worth 10,000 words they were. The person that disagrees should find another term because he/she is insulting persons with disabilities - But I guess that would fit into the Master Plan. 1st the Jews then>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Of course, you remember my thread where I proved the connection between modern Muslim hate of the Jooos, and Nazism. They'll follow that course to the bitter end.

And they should also note that persons with mental disabilities are the ones that demonstrate compassion and kindness on a daily basis - day after day- They are an example to all of us that helps us understand what we have and to count our blessings and be thankful. So I do not find be called that offensive I take it as a compliment. Thank you
Agreed.

Well lets see, Germany didn't break any laws during WWII, that still didn't work out for them in the end did it?
This why you're so ignorant, you haven't clue one about history.

Shooting at the ship with rubber-bullets or stun/flash grenades is a very good reason to resist.

That's opinion, not fact. But it's irrelevant anyways, you agree 100% that Israel acted legally.
I agreed that under a blockade they have the right to search, they do not have the right to take the whole cargo only the weapons if anything is found. Perhaps Turkey can make some moves to get Israel declared a terrorist state, not that it would stop US aid since any weapons shipments have been against their own Laws (you know the things that are supposed to be followed by all)

And you posted and agree to the facts, Israel acted within the confines of the law, thanx again for coming out.
Here is some more facts from their willingness to stay within the law.
An international children's rights charity has said it has evidence that Palestinian children held in Israeli custody have been subjected to sexual abuse in an effort to extract confessions from them.
The Geneva-based Defence for Children International (DCI) has collected 100 sworn affadavits from Palestinian children who said they were mistreated by their Israeli captors.
Fourteen of the statements say they were sexually abused or threatened with sexual assault to pressure them into confessions.
Al Jazeera's correspondent in the West Bank, Nour Odeh, met one of the children, identified only as "N", who said he suffered sexual abuse at the hands of his interrogators.
Dismissive attitude
DCI officials say that when they complain to the Israeli military about the treatment of the children, their allegations are dismissed as untrue.
Now the organisation has submitted its evidence to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Torture to try and increase pressure on Israel to stamp out the alleged abuse.
According to our correspondent, Israel has two sets of laws: one for its citizens and another for Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza.

All Palestinians, minors and adults, are tried in military courts.
Children between the ages of 12 and 16 are tried in Israeli military courts as children.

From 16 years onwards, Palestinians are tried as adults.

Human-rights groups have criticised Israel's detention policy with regard to children, which denies them access to their families or lawyers during the detention process.
Palestinian children arrested by Israel are not permitted to see their lawyers until they are in court.
There are currently 340 Palestinian children in Israeli jails, mostly convicted of throwing stones.

An Israeli military order stipulates that stone throwing carries a maximum jail sentence of 20 years, and there is no appeals process for decisions by Israeli military courts.
Israeli reaction
The Israeli military, in a written response, rejected DCI's allegations, saying the detention of minors is consistent with international law.
It said all court hearings involving minors in the West Bank were conducted before a special military court which specialises in dealing with issues pertaining to minors.
"Allegations regarding violence in the course of questioning should be raised during the trial or in a formal complaint," the military said.
"Regarding the presence of a lawyer during questioning of a minor, the Youth Law does not require such a presence, even within the state of Israel."
Bana Shoughry-Badarne, head of the legal department at the Public Committee Against Torture in Israel, an Israeli human-rights group, says there is a huge issue of impunity in Israel with regard to complaints against the security services.
"Our latest report, from 2009, shows that from the 600 complaints that were submitted to Israel's attorney-general, all of them were dismissed," she told Al Jazeera from Jerusalem.
"There was not even one criminal investigation."

This why you're so ignorant, you haven't clue one about history.
The rules of naval blockade wasn't on my reading list, now that it is they are acting illegally if they insist on the cargo (minus any banned items) be unloaded into their territory, the ship has the legal right to continue to it's destination unhindered. You even reposted that part.

Fair enough, I can respect your opinion, based on your perceptions.

Although I don't disagree, I don't fully agree with your opinion either. Given the hostile nature of her neighbours, I'm more apt to give her some leeway. But that has never blinded me to the fact that she oft acts rash, when retaliating.

That was just going back to '87, when Hamas came on the scene. Making 700,000 people refugees contrary to all signed agreements even before May of 1948 is their normal tactic. What do they have to give the Rothschild in exchange for this 'gift' from then. Wait, first they have to claim the territory originally demanded. Perpetual slavery to follow that. Theu should have stuck with God, at least He was true to His word.

What constitutes a legal blockade? Just because you don't like it does not mean it is wrong. Since this blockade that no one else wanted to or had the guts to impose has reduced the amount of random missile attacks against Israel, has limited the types or weapons used against Israel. Yes this is a legal blockade, Israel or anyone has the right to defend themselves. Yes, even the Palestinians if they can. They do cry those crocodile tears so well.

Which is all they did..
No they unloaded all the cargo and the passenges were not returned to the ship and the ship never did make it desired port-of-call. So they only follow the rule of law as far as they want to and once it doesn't serve their purpose they disregard it all. Are wheel-chair batteries now considered to be a weapon beacuse if not then Israel stole them, a criminal act for anybody else.

Irrelevant to the topic..
Israel sexually abusing over 600 kids between 12 and 16 is 'irrelevant' with '0' investigations. You really are fuked in the head.

No, I have defended her right to exist and defend herself..
Just where did that 'right to take other people's land' come from. No use trying to use any part of the Bible as justification because God had them removed by Neb and then by Rome as soon as some things that needed to be done were done.

That would seem to make humanitarian aid to Gaza as something you would like to see stay just the same as it has been since at least '67.

Again, you have read the laws as you want them to be. Once the ships Master, crew and passengers, ignored the hales, to heave to. They were instantly a belligerent vessel, and that changes everything, as it says in what you have already posted. You keep trying to put the cart before the horse. Stop, you look like an idiot.

Do you have any idea of the power of some wheelchair batteries, as well as what they can be used for after all they are just batteries. (remote detonation of bombs). Deep cell 12 volt batteries, use for wheelchairs, golf carts and powering tanks. Don't use that oh what about the poor person in a electric wheelchair excuse. Israel argues that it is blocking items allegedly used by Hamas in manufacturing rockets or for military operations. These include stationery, toys, crayons, pencils A deadly weapon can be made from almost anything as previously discussed.…

Do you really have any idea?

Read the articles on blockades. Are you blind, I already posted the whole article where the legality of blockades was explained to a small degree, some of the finer points was left out, like inspection and then the ship has the right to continue to it's destination.

Defense does not include collective punishment nor does it allow Israel to determine the quantity of humanitarian aid they are allowed.

You may or may not have noticed but the people of Gaza don't make many bones about their treatment anymore, it is the 'international aid' organizations. The people of Gaza and the West Bank know full well that the West will not be listening to any complaints other than from Israel. That policy has been in effect since '47. Most likely why we refused to attend the humanitarian conferences that the UN hosted over the last few years.

srael 'attacks' Gaza aid fleet

Tags:
Israeli forces have attacked a flotilla of aid-carrying ships aiming to break the country's siege on Gaza, according to a Turkish aid agency being quoted by Turkish media.
At least two people were killed and more than 30 people injured, the report said early on Monday.
Footage from the flotilla's lead vessel, the Mavi Marmara, appeared to show armed Israeli soldiers boarding the ship and helicopters flying overhead.

Webmaster's Commentary:
The aid convoy was in international waters. At the very least Israel's actions constitute piracy. At worst they are acts of war against the nations whose flags a flown by the ships.

Ok, the blockade is highly illegal. It prevents much aid getting into Gaza, what is this a concentration camp?

Reality, law, treaty and convention dictate otherwise.

This is why I know you have severe mental and comprehension issues. Only one ship from the first flotilla had any issue, and that issue was caused by the passengers. The bulk of that flotilla, save for one ship, were boarded peacefully and without incident.

I know how hard it is for you to grasp reality, so I won't bother going into any great detail. It would be completely lost on you anyways.
