This is going to be done through Insurance Companies. There is no public option. The Insurance companies will sell the insurance that the uninsured will HAVE to buy. Why do you think Insurance Company stocks went up. Lots of new money coming in soon. This is not Medicare. If you are not poor, elderly, or disabled and have a job...you have to go out and buy Health Insurance through an Insurance Company.

If you don't the IRS will come after you and take it from you with interest.

When the companies file their taxes with the IRS it is going to be on their returns. A company sold this many medical devices and the Government will take it's cut via the IRS. It's a whole new way of collecting dough.

That is why the IRS has got what...a 10 Billion increase in funding from the government as of this bill passing?

The drug companies will offset this with the sheer number of new patients in the system. So will medical device companies. The insurance companies can increase their premiums all they want to but eventually they'll need to compete with a government plan.

Kreskin... there is NO government plan. There is NO public option. These Health Care Plans that the 37 million folks will have to buy into MUST be bought through insurance companies.

For example. Let's say this all goes through and I am a self-employed, single, carpenter. I've got my own business and like to work for myself. (Just for example) I go into the Federal Building and say...

"OK... I am here to buy that Health Insurance Plan I am supposed to buy."

They will say...

"Great. So you will need to find a Health Insurance Company and buy one. You aren't getting one here. Call up Blue Cross or Harvard Health Plan and they will take care of you. Have a nice day."

He is not up for reelction in November. And if Democrats lose the House and the Senate in November, it actually helps Obama in his reelection efforts, as it did Clinton. After November, Republicans will own the health care bill. Their attempts at repeal of course will be filibustered by democrats; there is no way Republicans will end up with 60 Senate seats in November.

Obama can in run 2012 against the Republican do nothing Congress. Just as it helped Clinton's reelection efforts, Republicans gaining control of Congress will help Obama in 2012.

Who knows, maybe Obama will get lucky and republicans will spend most of 2011 impeaching Obama and forget economy, health care, everything. Then we are talking of Obama landslide in 2012 (again as Clinton won big against Dole in 1996).
