Instead, Albertans had the unfortunate choice between a fresh tax and spend Dipper government and a tired and corrupt tax and spend Conservative government. Had the Wild Rose had a more comfortable leader and promised a return to Klein era policies, things might have been different.
I'm sure pretend conservatives like Capt are quite happy. They get to have their tax and spend goodies that they secretly love while while publicly bashing the Dippers.

Now she's in the process of selling off a Crown Jewel of public assets in Hydo 1. The problem with the way the Parliamentary system in Canada is that it has been hijacked by the Party system.. which means her MPPs can't ditch her (they actually can, but they don't have the guts) when she becomes a raving hysterical hag.. like they did with Margaret Thatcher in Britain. Power rests with Party insiders rather than people the MPPs represent as was intended.
God knows what she'll do if she's there for another 3 years.. there'll be nothing but ruins left.
