A man was told to get on the ground by police while his wife was in labor. The husband tried to explain that they were rushing to the hospital, but the cop just wouldn't listen.

I don't think we need to go that far. But incidents like this one need to be disciplined and addressed. And there should be no way for a cop to turn off or disable dashcam videos.
