I really don't understand what the issue is. It's common sense and parents should be entitled to know what is being taught in schools. Besides, they're not saying no to "sex Ed" just that it shouldn't start with K to grade 3. Nothing like confusing young ones with "gender" issues & sex issues at that age - they grow up fast enough as it is. At the very least, wait until they can understand what this is actually all about. They're "kiddlets" for heavens sake!! What the hell is the hurry?

I am sure that if you ask even teens that at a young age, did they know they were 'different', the majority will answer 'yes'. It's mostly all B.S. which is why parents need to know what's going on. Did you not see the video of a parent at a school board meeting reading books that were being used in K - 6 (?) about sex and gender? I was mortified that that was what was being taught which is why the parents were so enraged.

No, I didn't. I've seen a lot of videos about parents going ape shit over books, sure, but that's not proof that, in K through grade 3, that sex and gender are being taught. Just because a library has a book, doesn't mean it's being taught.

How about when they're adult enough to make their own decisions?
Because when they're adult, they don't look like the gender they are, then jerks like, well, some here on this forum, will then continue to make life hell for them and drive to things that shouldn't happen.
Whereas if kids can be accepted as the gender they are, and at least start processes to help that identity, that means LESS issues in the future.
