You will probably find that most of the components of your PC are made in China. But not everything that comes out of China is junk.

When I bought my first computer 15 years ago I was told that most of them are built in either the Phillipines or Indonesia............can't remember which one.

The Chinese can build a pretty awesome maglev train, and pretty good stone walls. And a lot of other stuff. You can't claim that everything made in China is junk - Apple seems to have a good reputation for iPhones.

People is people, manufacturing is mainly repetition- some people are honest and will do a good job, regardless of what they are being paid, others are disreputable and will do a poor job no matter what they are being paid.
