If, when you say "Heaven" you also mean the Kingdom of God, well then no.Well cut the bleeding - pun intended.
Can a god and pious man who does not believe in God enter Heaven?
Just before Jesus ascended for the last time before His 2nd coming, He told the apostles that He was going to prepare a place for them in the Father's mansion. Why would He prepare a place for those who do not want anything to do with Him?
But hey, let's take a break from the debate and I'll share a joke about some people's concept of Heaven....
It the story of the two brothers (not in the bible). One of them lived a very upright life, always doing good to everyone, the other well, the complete opposite. The "evil" brother suddenly dies. Several years later, the "saintly" brother dies and goes to Heaven. In Heaven, he asks Saint Peter if he could please see his brother who died years earlier. Saint Peter points to a screen where the good brother sees the bad brother with a bottle of booze in one hand and a beautiful blond on his lap. "Well, I thought that my brother was in the BAD place, but this doesn't look like it to me" he tells Saint Peter. "Things aren't always as they seem", he replied "the bottle has a hole in it and the blond doesn't". Gotta go for now. I'll check out the Lions when I get home since I don't have YouTube at work. It's been a good day after all. Regards,
