Started to watch the US Open ladys semi finals but left to watch my neighborhood high school play football. Their varsity team won! This is the first time I've seen them win in two tears. All the neighbors were thrilled at the win.

Local morning news - had a bout with insomnia this evening, tried to take a nap but still get any sleep. Therefore, am watching tv in the hopes it'll put me to sleep.

I took an extra along walk but it still hasn't worked. Unfortunately I was awakened by a seizure in my sleep and my entire system remains terribly overstimulated. The most I can do is keep hoping that the over stimulation will gradually wear down so that I can rest and ultimately sleep.
Argh!!!
Ah, the over stimulation problem has subsided at long last. Watched a boxing match as Carl Frampton defeated Kiko Martinez and then watched Oregon defeat Michigan St in college football. Settled down to a good dinner and feel a lot better now.
Serena showed why she remains the QUEEN of tennis by easily whipping Woz. That's three consecutive USO's she won and there is no stopping her. BTW, she gets a whopping multimillion bonus for winning those tournies in a row.
