Wrong. They are asking questions and not just sitting back and swallowing whatever the Democrats are saying.
They are not asking question, EagleSmack. They are yelling and shouting and they don’t let anybody (including the person they asked the question to) speak.Thier sole purpose is to trash the meeting, to break up the meeting.
Just another liberal distraction because their plan is failing.
Personally, I don’t care if the health care plan passes or fails. It does not affect Canada either way. What I find objectionable is the yelling, shouting and in general drowning out anybody by the rent a mob. Reminds me of what happened in this forum.
Hate mongers. Don't make me laugh. If you are against Socialized Medicine that makes you a hate monger.
No, if you are a professional rabble rouser, if you come to Town Hall meeting with the sole purpose of trashing the meeting, with the sole purpose of not letting anybody speak, with the sole purpose of drowning out anybody who tries to speak, that makes them hate mongers. It is the same crowd that shouted obscenities towards Obama at the Republican campaign meetings (‘Obama is an Arab’, ‘kill him’ etc.). They were hate mongers then and they are hate mongers now.
That way the Democrats could avoid tough questions with the excuse that they had too many other questions.
No, that way Democrats could avoid each and every meeting getting trashed by the Republican rent a mob.
This once again shows that you know very little about town meetings. It is not a new phenomenom here in the US. Town Meetings are generally held once a month. Nobody pays to get in them and they are open to the public.
Again, do you have a link to it? I bet you don’t, because I don’t think government pays for it. The organizer of the meeting pays for it.
Run your own fool's errand silly man. I don't have a link that says they sell groceries at a grocery store either. They still sell groceries there though.
Just as I expected, EagelSmack, you don’t have a link where it says that government pays for it, because government does NOT pay for it. This is something you just made up.
The government DOES pay for it. A town meeting is open to the public. It always has been. I assure you the politician doesn't take money out of his pocket. At any rate...who pays the politician? The people that is who.
Again, talk is cheap, show me the link. I could say government gives every American a million dollars every year, it means nothing without a link. I don’t thin government pays for it. I think the politician (who organized the meeting) pays for it (probably not out of his pocket, he raises the money).
What part of this aren't you getting?
The part about government paying for it, because I don’t think it happens.
