Fortunately in the US now. Heads of big corporation are finding themselves being charged, along with corrupted politician and law enforcement officer's from commanders, and deputies.
Many, many federal violations have occurred and violations of the US Constitution are violated each and every day. I have lost count of the number of violations. We can start with at least 180+ violations as each of the water protectors ~ defenders rights have been violated. Each person is 1 count so adding the violations up we're looking at 180 charges and then add the other charges. Could be as many as over 300 or more. Unlike the classic "Beverly Hillbillies" character who struck it rich with oil, Jensen figured the "black gold" was coming from the pipeline that runs under his 1,800-acre wheat farm, carrying oil from the Bakken formation to a rail facility 45 miles north. Instead of getting rich, Jensen, 56, has been left with a huge mess -- his acreage in Tioga fouled by the largest oil spill on U.S. soil in history.
"It had been leaking for awhile," Jensen, who spied -- and smelled -- the leak on Sept. 29, told FoxNews.com Tuesday. He said the oil was gushing from a "perfectly round, quarter-inch hole" with "about 100 pounds pressure."
Most of the spilled oil was below the ground, but Jensen said he could see the oil bubbling 6 inches high on his land while he was out harvesting durum wheat. Before it was plugged, the leak spewed 20,600 barrels of crude oil -- enough oil to fill three Olympic-size swimming pools.

Pennsylvania Pipelines Bursts, Leaks 55,000 Gallons Of Gas Into One Of US’ Most Endangered Rivers
A pipeline owned by the same company behind Dakota Access leaked 55,000 gallons of gasoline into a major river, endangering the drinking water of six million people.
A pipeline managed by Sunoco logistics burst Thursday night after heavy rainfall in Pennsylvania. The spill dumped 55,000 gallons of gasoline into Wallis Run, a tributary of the Loyalsock Creek that drains into the Susquehanna River. The breach was detected at 3 am when the pressure of the pipeline dropped significantly, leading Sunoco to shut down the pipeline. Though the pipeline has been shut down, the heavy rains that led to the leak are expected to continue, so the actual break in the pipeline will remain unidentified until the weather clears. The Pennsylvania water authorities have warned customers to refrain from using water from the river as a precaution. No official data has been released regarding how long the ban on water use will continue.
The Susquehanna had previously been declared the third most endangered river in the US by the NGO American Rivers. It has come under threat due to the development of the natural gas industry, particularly the practice of hydraulic fracturing or “fracking.” Fracking has caused major problems in the US due to the so-called “Cheney’s loophole” that exempts natural gas companies from the vast majority of US environmental regulations. Many other rivers in the US are endangered by fracking. American Rivers has said that fracking “poses one of the greatest risks our nation’s rivers have faced in decades. We are taking a major gamble on the clean drinking water for millions of Americans.”

Last Saturday we put up a tipi in the city of Eindhoven, The Netherlands to show our support to the Standing Rock Camp. We will stand here for 1 month with a fire burning 24 hours a day. All is welcome to come and sit with us, pray for the Protectors at Standing Rock and for our Water.
Just like in the rest of the world, this happening in ND is not getting the media coverage it deserves. By now, we had quiet a few people come to the tipi asking waht we are doing. Yesterday a reporter from a local tv station (Omroep Brabant) came by and we explained why we are here. He will send a film crew this week!

GRAND FORKS—Recent reporting and policing of Dakota Access Pipeline protests have drawn national attention to our state, most of it negative.
Nationally, U.S. citizens who've learned about the protests are aghast at the militarized zone created outside of the protest camps, and the lack of accurate and timely national media attention. Most of the accurate news coming out of the camps originates by independent media, police observers and social media.
But as a North Dakota resident, I am exposed to a barrage of negative local media reporting about the protests. The Herald and other North Dakota news outlets characterize the protests as violent, draw attention to isolated incidents for dramatization and mischaracterize the legal processes to make it appear the issue is legally resolved.
This reporting does not accurately reflect what is occurring at the camps.
In reality, a historic event is taking place: Indigenous people from all over the country and world have come together to live and rise up for their values. They care deeply about the environment and water, and see themselves as protectors of these resources for all of us.
