Reminds me of the time when the Americans were pissed off at the French for not supporting the Iraq war. France was instrumental in blocking UN support of the Iraq war. At that time there was a movement in USA to rename French Fries as Freedom Fries.
Spade, for a small country Scotland has produced many world famous personalities, I would say way out of proportion to its tiny population.
I didn't know Alexander Grahm Bell was Scottish.
So was Alexander Fleming, EagleSmack. He discovered antibiotics. And also James Watt (who invented the steam engine). If USA really decided to boycott all things Scottish, they will revert back to the Stone Age.
Next time your doctor prescribes antibiotics to you, think Scotland.

Seems the whiskey industry is in for hard times. Have they really thought this through all the way as Scots also invented the telephone and tv so will they boycott those as well. But why blame Britain, don't they know Scotland has an independent government now........:roll:
