Here is a nice bedtime story for you. Ask mom to read it to you. It's a faerie tale about the myth of net zero.

Yeah the entire country shifting to renewables only affects one state.

Also, you are smart.

Also, that wasn't sarcasm.

You'd best read that article. When the "Climate Scientists" say renewables won't do jack shit you'd best listen.

Here is the link again.

Gasp. 1 State? Say it isn't so.

Read the article. It's written by 97%ers who grew up. Follow their lead, you are 41 now, act like it.

lol

Telling MF to act like an adult? That'll never work. Won't change a thing. What...you didn't know that by now?

HaHa, some people never learn eh, Pete?

Fresh news. You don't even have to try to be reminded of the transition to renewables.

What Canada's green energy shift means for Alberta oil workers

Question. When Site C is done being built, will workers transition to jobs not involved with building a hydrodam or will the start on a new dam?

The plan was to transition to building LNG plants and refineries and port facilities. But turdOWE is hell bent on destroying our economy to curry favour with the parasites in OntariOWE.

No, he's doing it for China. Let's compare shall we? In 2018 Canada pumped out a paltry 725MT of CO2 equivalent. Meanwhile China cranked out a whopping 12,355Mt of CO2 equivalent. Even if Canada reduced its emissions by 100% it would make about as much difference as trying to lower the level of the Great Lakes with a single teaspoon. China currently accounts for over 25% of the world's GHG emissions. Between 2005 and 2018 China's emissions accounted for 1/3 of the total global increase in emissions. The stupid thing f*cking sub-moronic leftards like Flossy don't get is, if you reduce emissions in one place and increase them in another place by far more than the decrease, you haven't reduced jack-f*cking-shit. Wanna put a serious curb on global emissions? Sanction the f*ck out of China. Oh wait that won't happen because our "illustrious" PM is a CCP goat blower.

The problem is, even IF we were to hit "net zero" it still wouldn't be enough for the eco-freaks. Mr. Kerry (D) U.S, just the other day announced that becoming "net zero" isn't sufficient - his words (paraphrased) we will somehow have to figure out how to take out the CO2 in the atmosphere! SERIOUSLY!!

These people are seriously deranged & stupid enough to believe that CO2 is a "pollutant" even though LIFE ON EARTH DEPENDS ON IT!!

Instead of taxing the hell out of us, how about living up to the promise made by Trudeau to plant - what was it? 20 million trees?? How about doing proper clean-up of our forests so they don't burn so readily; how about encouraging the use of natural gas which is almost GHG free? How about allowing the transport of said natural gas to poor countries who use animal dung, diesel or coal for cooking & heating? Know why this won't happen?

Because the racist Leftists want to keep poor countries poor & to destroy the economies of wealthy countries.

Their pockets will be lined but ours won't. Think Maduro in Venezuela is going hungry?

Maybe turdOWE figures on balancing the budget by selling carbon credits to China? More probably he will just trade the carbon credits for some bling.

You should see all the 4 wheel drive pick up trucks in use during
the building of that dam and subsequent roadways etc. There must be a couple thousand in operation daily in the Peace .

That is because of all the sperts and gists they have running around that do no actual construction work.
