What do you expect from idiots? Like we have nothing better to spend our money on. But all hell breaks loose when we talk of southern border fences.

Yep. Somebody should tell them that Celene Dion is already in Vegas. Its too late to build that fence.

And certainly you are not suggesting that the illegal alien population down there is Mexican and not Canadian?

The greater the wall the greater the snowbank.

They probably haven't commissioned the Weather Office to make the determinatiion that it snows there yet.

Now THIS made me laugh. How true. What about a Great Wall? That should work.

Well, a wall sure worked out well for Berlin, so a wall would be an excellent idea...;)

Celine Dion is probably the one spearheading this operation. She wants to prevent the poor Americans escaping from her singing.

A toilet and a couple of paintings on the wire could make things nice and homey.

This is what I mean by Great Wall Petros...

We ought to build one of these. You'd have to have a lot of snow to walk over the Great Wall of China.
Ever seen the snow blow across the western regions? It can travel a couple hundred Km in hours from were it fell. If something tries to stop it, it will pile up until it can blow right over.

Can't say I have being from the North Eastern US. But I have seen drifts over fences and single floor houses.

if Canada had the balls, she would build a wall several meters/yards high right along the border, with one door and that door only has one door handle and its on the northern side!!

We'd just walk over it when the snow comes. Snow drifts can bury tractor trailers I've heard.

Right lads? ;)

They are considering this because Canada makes no attempt to keep terrorists, and others out of Canada, and does not attempt to stop them from crossing the border.

So, if Canada will not help out, then it may be necessary to build a fence to keep everyone out.

One would think that with the current economic problems the U.S. has, the last thing they need is a 50 bilion dollar
fence along the border with Canada. Maybe this is just a thing to create jobs.....Phoney jobs, but jobs all the same.

This fence would cross a couple mountain ranges. What do the fence builders do when they run into a sheer rock wall fifteen hundred feet or more high?
They hang off the edge with ropes and start setting rock bolts. The real experts come from B.C. and thats who we use when we have to fence a sheer wall under a powerline structure like we did the last few days.

I'm not sure what balls would have to do with such an initiative. Surely the presence of balls in a wall would weaken its structure.
