~ Republicans abolished slavery
~ Republicans passed the 1964 Civil Rights Act
~ First Black in the Senate was a Republican in 1871 (first Democrat was over 120 years later)
~ First 22 Blacks in the US House were Republicans
The dems have always been the racists and resist attempts to help minorities in the USA.
Hillary Clinton's love for the racist eugenicist Margaret Sanger and the dem's love for Robert Byrd (an actual KKK wizard), the continued absolute squalor and crime-infested dem controlled cities also proves this.

Doesn't the president have line item veto powers to get rid of the pork?
I think his veto applies to the whole bill. I think this bill also made it through the senate as well. Not sure whose pork is whose. All that bacon its really hard to tell.
If he veto's it in full they have enough votes to override the veto by pocketing it he can force change or let the time run out
