What makes you think Trump has added any debt or that it is good? Ha's he increased spending? Generally debt for infrastructure is considered good debt while debt for social programs would be bad debt.
How do you know spending isn't being reduced or other revenues are expected to make upon the shortfall?

Of course infrastructure debt is good debt, if you wish to call any debt good. Simply because there is something solid to show for it and a fixed repayment schedule so we know with certainly when that project is paid for. The problems only arise when some one stretches the definition of infrastructure From needed roads, water and public buildings to buying things like bad art at inflated prices for someones office or statues. And note that I said needed, not legacys.
This bill was written by lobbyists and Paul Ryan. If anybody thinks it will help anybody but the ultra rich has their head up their butts, like Wally and taxslave.
As to what Trump has done: Mostly got all the lefties little panties twisted in knots and got all the parasites on the dole worried about their future.
