Technically you are correct- technically. Regardless there's an excellent chance that what the Capt. is alluding to will come to fruition! But whether it happens or not the promise was a prime example of stupidity of the first water. Justin- he's just not ready....................................................and his chances in the future don't look good either. Where's Harper when someone with a steady hand and some sanity is needed?

You're right. Harper wasn't ready. He underestimated the stupidity of Canadian voters.
Trudeau might be a very nice guy but he's a dreamer, an ideologist and that doesn't play well in the real world. Nicey-nicey looks good on paper and seems right in people's minds but in the real world it's dog eat dog and you'd better be prepared to defend yourself against the predators.
