extreme result of keeping people stupid. These are very stupid people with no emotional intelligence whatsoever.They are lower than animals.
Just found out that the 16 year old neighbour was in that crowd. Fortunately she was at the other end.
MacEwan student confirmed dead following attack in Nice, France

A 22-year-old MacEwan University student was killed in last week’s attack during Bastille Day celebrations in Nice, France, the school confirmed Wednesday morning.
The university says it received confirmation of Mykhaylo (Misha) Bazelevskyy’s death from French officials and his family late Tuesday evening.
“Few, if any of us, can comprehend the senselessness of what occurred in Nice,” MacEwan University president David Atkinson said in a written statement. “There is no greater loss to a university than a student who has so much life and promise ahead of him.”
More than 80 people were killed July 14 when Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, known to police for violence and theft, drove his truck into a crowd celebrating Bastille Day in the French city of Nice. Many others were wounded.
Bazelevskyy is a Ukrainian citizen with permanent resident status in Canada.
He was studying at MacEwan’s School of Business and visiting France on an exchange program with four other local students and a faculty member. The others were confirmed safe.
Bazelevskyy was an active member of the campus community. A member of the school’s men’s cross-country team, Bazelevskyy also acted as an athletics game day advisor, and was a resident advisor.
Bazelevskyy’s parents live in Ukraine, though his brother and sister-in-law live in Edmonton.
The university said it would be offering to assist Bazelevskyy’s family in any way it can, and said counselling will be available to any faculty, staff and students that require it.
