Several people can corroborate what Trump said on the phone to Sondland, so its a bit more than hearsay, but you'll continue to ignore that.
He doesn't know what hearsay is. Nor did he know until I told him that the Federal Rules of Evidence contain 23 exceptions to the hearsay rule.

It's like "due process" and other pseudo-legal terms that the ignorant (of all political stripes) throw around without the faintest f*cking idea what they're talking about.

Hey did you catch the clip of Joe Biden bragging about withholding aid to Ukraine until the prosecutor got fired ? What are your thoughts on this matter ?

I think there whole charade has been blown out of all proportion, the sole reason being the Democrats are leery of the 2020 election in which there is a chance Trump will prevail even more convincingly than he did last time! The Ukraine is known to be a corrupt country, so you have to wonder why one phone call is getting so much unwarranted attention. Just more of the banal shit of politics!

THIS OBAMA & DNC OPERATIVE WORKED WITH DOJ & DHS TO HACK INTO STATE VOTING MACHINES IN 2016!!!

The Josh Bernstein Show

This is a story you haven't heard till now. The Russians DID NOT hack into our election. The Ukrainians DID NOT hack into our elections. THE OBAMA REGIME, THE HILLARY CAMPAIGN, AND THE DNC DID..

Alexandra Chalupa eh?

More about her here:

Ukrainian Embassy confirms DNC contractor solicited Trump dirt in 2016

The boomerang from the Democratic Party’s failed attempt to connect Donald Trump

to Russia’s 2016 election meddling is picking up speed, and its flight path crosses right through Moscow’s pesky neighbor, Ukraine. That is where there is growing evidence a foreign power was asked, and in some cases tried, to help Hillary Clinton.

In its most detailed account yet, the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington says a Democratic National Committee (DNC) insider during the 2016 election solicited dirt on Donald Trump’s campaign chairman and even tried to enlist the country's president to help.

In written answers to questions, Ambassador Valeriy Chaly's office says DNC contractor Alexandra Chalupa sought information from the Ukrainian government on Paul Manafort’s dealings inside the country in hopes of forcing the issue before Congress.

Chalupa later tried to arrange for Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to comment on Manafort’s Russian ties on a U.S. visit during the 2016 campaign, the ambassador said.

Chaly says that, at the time of the contacts in 2016, the embassy knew Chalupa primarily as a Ukrainian American activist and learned only later of her ties to the DNC. He says the embassy considered her requests an inappropriate solicitation of interference in the U.S. election.

“The Embassy got to know Ms. Chalupa because of her engagement with Ukrainian and other diasporas in Washington D.C., and not in her DNC capacity. We’ve learned about her DNC involvement later,” Chaly said in a statement issued by his embassy.

“We were surprised to see Alexandra’s interest in Mr. Paul Manafort’s case. It was her own cause. The Embassy representatives unambiguously refused to get involved in any way, as we were convinced that this is a strictly U.S. domestic matter

Do you still get it? Did they paper the walls of your asylum with it back in the forties?
Ummm you are the one who tacitly admitted to reading it. I mean Jebus doood, how the hell else would you know what's in it?

Speaking of "getting it", you really have trouble doing that when the joke is on you I notice.
:)
ESPECIALLY when the Joke is actually one of your own attempts.

The way I see it, now that Sondland said there was "quid pro quo", one or all the other 3 immediates to Trump, Bolton, Giuliani, or Mulvaney, tie Trump to the rails or he ties one or all of them to the rails. Not much choice. I bet it's the former. But I still don't think this will end in impeachment because Trump has too many loyalists in the Senate willing to ditch the country to favour Trump.

Rudy Giuliani accuses Joe Biden of threatening Lindsey Graham, compares him to the mafia
"They sure do sound like crooks."

"Biden responded on Friday to the probe of his and his son's activities in Ukraine by saying he was "disappointed" and "angered."

The Democratic frontrunner claimed that Graham was under the thumb of President Donald Trump and his allies because he knew that he would not be re-elected if he countered the president.

Lindsey is about to go down in a way that I think he's going to regret his whole life," he said to CNN's Don Lemon.

Giuliani took that to be a threat against Graham.

Sondland did not say there was a quid pro quo.

I wonder what Rudy has to say about it.
Rudy has "insurance" ...

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...biden-documents-to-be-released-if-i-disappear
Would LOVE to know what that insurance is..

It does sound a bit like a "threat"..

How Trump got so many under his psychological hold is astonishing, puzzling, and rather disastrous. Why would folks give up their right to think for themselves. ?? Might be the same psychology that is involved when folks buy into certain religious beliefs.

Is it possible Trump is correct about Ukraine and the Biden boys? Maybe that should be ruled out before condemning him and Giuliani! :)
