lmao yeah, COLA takes into consideration inflation, cost of living, etc. One can get a gross wage of billions per year but if the cost of living takes away 99.99999999% of it, that shouldn't be considered?
The density is astounding.

Same problem with the minimum wage- just the fact it is the minimum wage means anyone on it is destined to poverty. The $ amount of it is irrelevant.

In case you hadn't noticed, the graph includes the entire story between the late 60's and 2018. You can look and pick out which years you want to compare.
I will try that , didn’t look that carefully .

It was made shoddy by Trump & company disallowing some of the evidence.
It is the House of Representatives to present the evidence to the Senate for judgement . It is the fault of Shiff , Nadler and Pelosi that the witnesses weren’t heard .

Romney, vilified by Trump and his allies for voting to convict, finds respect back home

Utah Republican voters say they understand Sen. Mitt Romneys decision to vote to convict President Donald Trump of abuse of power and respect that he stayed "true to his conscience," as one put it.

Many of the dozens of residents interviewed by NBC News in the days following Romneys historic split with the GOP said they had voted for him in 2018 and planned to do so if he runs again. "Whether you agree or disagree with his reasons, at least he had the courage to say whatever he felt was right," said Alan Anderson, 41, of Salt Lake City.

Imagine: Vilified for voting his choice. What is the message to voters this fall??

Who knows! He may stand a better chance in November now than if this impeachment was never attempted! :)

Or people will take what they learned from the impeachment - not that just he lied, but how subversive he was - all the people involved, and the fact he still won't even admit that he did anything wrong, and is STILL trying to get stuff about Biden out of Ukraine and decide they've enough of this BS and want someone else who might actually give the US back some dignity.
