No! You were doing so well JLM, lol, jk. We obviously see him differently which is fine, he is a very polarizing figure. I'm not here to strong arm anyone to adopt my opinions, I'm just just here to offer them. Friendly debate is good.

I have no axe to grind with you. I often think at times if you don't have ALL the facts you don't know much, at other times I'm not sure! I do think that part of what we see with Trump is attributable to his impetuous nature. I think I'm safe in assuming that.

Cool, nor do I with you. I like research and have as many facts as I can before entering a discussion, it's my nature. Yes, agreed that that's where we go down differing roads, related to Trumps impetuous nature, which can be dangerous. I don't want someone in power who is so quick to anger and responds in a rash, emotional way before thinking of what he is saying or doing.

There is good ad bad in everybody. The problem is the polarization of opinion!
One side sees only what Trump does good and the other side only sees the bad....
Sometimes I think that there is method in his madness, <Divide and conquer>
I wouldn't vote for someone like him in Canada and I wouldn't vote for someone like Hilary either !

Valid point, but you must admit that he does contribute to that polarization in his actions. There have been some things Trump has done that I think are good, but for me there is more bad than good, and if you read between the lines sometimes the good is not as good as he makes it out to be, but that can be said for any politician. I would obviously never vote for someone like him and like you, would also not vote for a Hilary.

I don't recall it written anywhere that class and respect are required characteristics for a sitting President, however I do believe it is a position that deserves respect and class, something that isn't currently seen.

I think signing articles of impeachment is a historic occasion considering the infrequency in which it takes place so it is not surprising that it is given attention. Smiling while taking part in the process? Perhaps not appropriate but you can bet if it were reversed and team Trump were signing the articles he would be giving the thumbs up with a big 'ole toothy grin.

Schiff not allowing Republicans to call witnesses?

Here’s what you need to know from the House impeachment resolution:

• Witness requests from ranking minority member Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., must go through Schiff first — but the decision to allow them is not Schiff’s alone.

• Trump gets counsel during Judiciary Committee hearings, but not during Intelligence Committee hearings. The Judiciary Committee leads official impeachment proceedings in the House, while the Intelligence Committee leads the investigation.

• The Democrats’ resolution does not require questions of witnesses to first be approved by Schiff.

That said, do you think it classy that the Trump administration is denying witnesses or documentation in the Senate trial?

Nope, I don't think it's classy that family members benefit financially from their family members political appointments, do you? Before you shake a fist at nepotism when it comes to Biden, perhaps you should consider shaking it at the Trump family:

https://www.gq.com/story/trump-kids-profit-presidency

Oh but it doesn't stop there for Trump, oh no, he also gives jobs to sons of his friends, Like Giulaini's son Andrew:

https://www.cnbc.com/2019/11/22/rud...-95000-as-sports-liaison-for-white-house.html

Nope, never convict before a fairl trial, not in my nature. I want to see all the facts, hear all the evidence and hear from all witnesses who have something to offer.

If it brings you satisfaction to call me or anyone else who has an outlook that differs from yours a snowflake (a cop out btw that is losing it's oomph) then continue on my friend. It's all good.
So you have already found Trump guilty ? So I will reiterate, he is guilty of triggering Liberal snowflakes , are you one ?

Most of the so called bad he does is generally misrepresented by the press . His grab them by the pussy comments for one . His agencies following protocols in place for years as cruel and unusual , ala family separation , for another . Russian collusion that turned out as deep state and Democrat operatives concocted. The relentless attacks from commentators on The alphabet news agencies and print media have never had a politician they couldn’t make dance until Trump . He plays that same media with his tweets , and has them dancing , Personally I find that refreshing , if Andrew Scheer fought back against the press he would be PM right now . Of course he rolled over and fizzled out .
You won’t see Trump let the media set the agenda and people like that . IMO.

Like about 90% of the population these days Trump has a foul mouth, but people don't accept it with him!

If you are asking if I believe that Trump is guilty of abuse of power and obstructing congress, then yes I do believe he is guilty. Will he be found guilty by the Senate? Well considering the fact that the Republicans control the Senate that's wishful thinking. What I would like to see though is a fair trial to take place for both sides, to see all the pertinent evidence and to hear from all witnesses who have testimony to offer. But again, it seems in a Republican controlled Senate, that too is unlikely.

Would you care to offer a counter argument to the information I supplied? Care to comment on Trumps (and seemingly yours) hypocrisy when it comes to nepotism re his children (and the children of his friends) vs the family members of Biden. I'll wait for that response.

Am I a triggered Liberal snowflake? If you find that appointing me as such somehow negates the points I have brought forward to counter your position then carry on. If, however, you would care to have a mature conversation, one where both sides offer points to consider and discuss, then you know where to find me.

How was "grab them by the pussy" misrepresented by the press? He said it. I will give you family separation as yes there were protocols in place prior. Russian collusion? The summation of the Mueller Report did not exonerate Trump. Relentless attacks? Have you LOOKED at Trumps Twitter account? I think it is an easy conclusion that Trump himself is the most egregious when it comes to relentless attacks. I have no problem with a politician challenging the media, but do have a problem with the constant fake news accusations when truth is truth and facts are facts.

Little piece of friendly advice for you. As soon as you start getting involved with a guy's family or friends you are in dangerous territory. Would his wife be willing to surrender the perks of first lady?

Good. Giuliani is just as wacko as his boss. Rudy Giuliani’s statement, "truth isn't truth", came in an August, 2018 when he told host Chuck Todd, from NBC’s “Meet the Press”, that Trump might “get trapped into perjury”, not that it would take much to catch Trump at perjury. lol
Neither Giuliani or Trump appear to be able to tell the difference between truth and fiction.

Couldn't have said it better....
