There's a place in Charlottetown that serves donair egg rolls - we were at a soccer tournament, and the coach called a 'parents meeting', which turned out to mean, 'bring your beer out to the outdoor pool', and he ordered some from Dino's...man, they were good, but most of the women didn't like them, I thought they were awesome.

I tried one last night. It was tasty. It's not like I plan on buying one every night, so the health experts can stick it up the whazoo! If I want to try something that is unhealthy for me, then why should it bother them? It's all about moderation, right?
Its been a long time since I've been in a KFC, or any other fast food joint for that matter, but I want to give one of these things a try, too.

It looks yummy to me. I'm sick of busy bodies trying to define what should go on my plate in my best interests. Fat adds the flavour and zest to meat dishes, most good honest chefs know that. People need fat in their diet. The way to limit dangerous intakes is to eat no more calories than you expend in physical activity. There is nothing wrong with this sandwich if you cut down on intake in other ways, or ratchet up the exercize level. And it's really none of these 'health experts' how it is done.
I agree. Nobody is going to tell me what I can or can't eat.

Here's a heads-up, Risus. It is pretty expensive! It is $6.99 by itself and $8.99 in a combo(at least, that was the price in the local KFC).

meat is pricey. Making a sandwich entirely of meat isn't bound to be cheap. lol.

Yeah they started introducing those around here in Halifax a couple of months ago..... haven't tried one...... yet.

Oh that's nothing.... most of the burger combos at A&W are between $7-$8..... most of the combos at Wendy's are around the same depending on what size you get...... and a foot long sub at subway with a combo?

You're looking around 11+ bucks unless you get the cheap no-name meat ones..... which comes around $9 still as a combo.

A Wendy's Baconator around here as a combo is something like 8 or 9 bucks.... so it's about par.

Are you trying to claim that KFC food has meat in it?

Although I only worked at one for about a week and a half (couldn't stand the old chicken smell from the fridge and the redundancy) I can vouch that they use real chickens and real meat.

Well.... real chicken as in those chickens you typically get from your run of the mill industrial slaughterhouses with their hormone spiked mutant birds.

And if you're worried about their meat, I kind of wonder if you're aware of how they make their Gravy...... that was another thing that made me not stick around for that job.

Ask me and I'll give you some wonderful details about how they make their gravy that you might not want to eat there again.

But keep in mind, they say ignorance is bliss.

Do they come in shawarma too?
