You'd be the first to complain if a group of foreigners started taking over Canada and turning it into another version of their native countries......

This amuses me on so many levels.

1. None of us would be here if that hadn't actually happened.

2. You would lose your ever loving mind if you had to live around North Edmonton.

What if everything you love about Canada - things like its traditions, festivals, food, music etc, basically everything which makes Canada stand out as being Canada - were slowly being eroded away by a large minority of a certain group of foreign and second-generation foreign people whose traditions, festivals, foods, music, language, religion, their whole culture, started dominating your Canadian culture? That everything which is very maple-syruppy Canadian is slowly making way for a foreign culture, and that Canada is alowly becoming less and less Canadian and more and more foreign?

You wouldn't like it so much. You'd want it to stop. You'd want Canada to remain Canadian. Yet, at the same time, you expect the British to meekly and weakly and cowardly stand aside and allow the Islamification of their country and their great traditions (many of which are ancient) and festivals and religion and everything else which has made Britain be Britain for centuries and centuries. Why should we allow it? This is Britain. It should remain British and Protestant, not become foreign and Muslime.

I just hope they get on with it and completely Islamicise Britain, complete with sharia, dress restrictions, dietary restrictions, prohibition on alcohol, the whole shooting-match.

On the whole, I find Muslims far more sane, civilised, intelligent, congenial, and good-looking than the English.

This is not about fear its about the law, once you start having parallel legal systems
to accommodate one you end up doing it for all. The other problem is we are slowly
edging toward our worst problem. Sooner or later, the west will find itself in conflict
with the Islamic World. That is coming within a generation. As the world consolidates
into a few powers and the resources get scarce the old trouble will return.
Globalization is the new version of building the Tower of Babylon, it will end the way
all the other attempts before end with war. I don't see anything to prevent that.

I don't expect the British to do anything specifically. I am simply laughing at the constant hand wringing.

My Canadian traditions, are mine. No one else can take them away. I don't expect my government to maintain my culture for me by choking out other people's. That's an awfully lefty expectation.

And we're concerned about its Islamiation now. This forced Islamisation must stop. Britain must remain Protestant.

You try Christianising a Muslime country and see how long it takes before they hang you from a crane.
Are the Muslims taking away from the efforts to push out the Catholics?

So, like, if we had justice systems just for natives? Or, as Bear pointed out, if jewish people had their own court systems?

My neighbourhood has been invaded by ex-par Brits fleeing the UK. That sounds like a joke but it's actually true. As I happen to love soccer, beer and zany humour this works out rather well for me.

Thank you Dr. Jekyll... stay tuned for Mr. Hyde's next anti-conservative/GOP post.

I just got an idea....

Between the Friends of Islam and the Friends of Israel there seems to be a dwindling Friends of England contingent in Westminster.
Blackleaf is very likely not as British as he likes to think he is. The Brithish Isles. Youv'e already been infiltrated to the saturation point by Zionists but you say nothing so you're fate is sealed because you did nothing to stop that invasion did you BL. Any horde at all can have as much of Britian as they like cuz the spines gone out of em a long time ago. Living in the ancient past floundering in debt and wars. My Irish bits see a future payback.

First its time to take a step back and look at this from a full view.
Read the constitution and what it says about the law. The document
mentioned is the law been around for centuries.
Now a message to business, Christians, Muslims foreigners and others
There is one damn law and that should be the end of it. It is now time
to say everyone pays taxes, companies, citizens, religious groups
and so on no one is exempt from tax law, criminal law and civil law.
No other laws from somewhere else will be tolerated period.
At the ports of entry to the nation there should be two simple signs, well
three. Oney says enter one says EXIT and the other say F**k O**
That's all folks. Swearing is not my thing but this really disgusts me
Why do I agree with you so much when I find you so wrong so often ?
Are you 2 people ?

England = North Iran? Interesting. Seeing as England invaded many other countries and stuck its religion and other afflictions there, this is kinda karmic.

I posed a similar question to Blackie a while ago about Britain's invasion of the Indian subcontinent and its killing of millions there. He said that was OK as Queen Victoria and her invaders did those people a great big favor.

I love the British people and am very privileged to have had a few Brit pals over the years. But as for their government - well, prefer not to say what I really think about those @#$#@ in Parliament and their puppet string masters in Buckingham palace.
