Both groups of genies who converted and became Muslims: monotheists devoted to God alone and submissive to God's commands.
The Jewish genies responded after listening to the Quran recital by the Prophet: the Prophet did not see them; they listened, believed then they went back to their folk of Jewish genies: (They became the warners of their folk against the idolatry and the enthusiasm.)
They told their folk that they heard a new revelation: a Quran revealed after the book of Moses, and the Quran guides to the correct way and wisdom, and they believed in it and they would not associate anyone or anything with God. They also told their folk: the genies to respond also on their part, so that God would forgive them their sins; and if they do not respond, then they cannot escape God's punishment.

The Christian genies also listened to the Quran at another occasion, and also they believed and would not associate with God neither the Christ nor any saint.
(These also became the warners of their Christian folk against the idolatry and the enthusiasm about Jesus and the saints.)

But Prophet and King Solomon - salam to him - had authority on the genie; he had ministers and assistants out of them who helped him control the genie.
His hosts consisted of: humans, genies and birds.
