So lets get this straight, Lib plans of investment into western Canadian infrastructure funded by resources which was carried forward by Harper with the addition of a trade deal to seal the deal on our future differs how? One wants to budget the costs while the other wants to use taxes and debt to pick up the pace differs how in the end goal?

You're right petros.

Trudeau has brought us all together under one banner.

A Canadian is a Canadian is a Canadian.

Canadians showing the Unifor NDP to the door was very sincere and unifying.

And Canadians showing Liberals the door last time around was proportionally the same.

People are not going to vote in a Conservative government that isn't socially progressive.

Harper has proven that clinging to that base will backfire.

Keep knocking on that door though.

For every Wally there are at least two sane people in this country and we would love it if you keep leaning on that crutch.

Pulling out of a useless combat mission and accepting more refugees is a great start.

What good is the Liberal Asia Pacific Gateway without the Harper ActionPlan building it and the TPP? What will Justin's role be?

Oh we duly thank Harper for his role in delivering this subsequent majority government.

It was a remarkable setup.

When is the pull out day? Good thing we found all those Syrians. They'll come in handy for Evil Corps beef industry now that we have a TPP deal to feed billions through western ports.

Western Provinces have been upping immigration targets for decades because Canadians are too comfy to move to fill jobs.

As I said a couple months ago, we have had worse PMs. We have also had better ones. Now we get to suffer under a drama queen.
"And the seasons they go round and round
And the painted ponies go up and down
We're captive on the carousel of time
We can't return we can only look
Behind from where we came
And go round and round and round
In the circle game " - J Mitchell
That's fed politics in Canaduh eh

YAY Refugees. No homes, no skills, no English, etc. Just ship them all in; we'll take them all; no bureaucracy involved.
Meanwhile people like a neighbour from Germany has had to leap through dozens of hoops to get Canuckian citizenship and start a cabinet making business (and he is very talented with finishing carpentry).
A half dozen years later .....

Feckin fed pinheads (both politicians and bureaucrats) do not deserve to live in a country such as this.

5 million too many in some peoples opinion. Seriously you are right
Then two thirds more voted to decimate the conservative cause. The
problem is we need a conservative presence to have balance and the
current crop of conservatives who had the limelight did a lot to damage
the brand. This was a social conservative agenda not a progressive
conservative agenda. The legitimate conservative party was taken over
by Reformers sand the strange element of the right slowly imposing the
social conservative transformation of the nation. C-51 was the last
straw for many and it proved the downfall of the government. Another
was the stripping people of citizenship not so much the act but who it
would effect. If is were those who came here and lied to get in we have
a provision for that. We have done that with Nazis in the past

It is also a fact of life people didn't want to buy the product government was selling
and the voters have a right to do as they please. What amazed me is the fact that
fiscal discipline was preached for years and the people voted for more debt and
taxes and did so willingly. I wonder if the NDP has said we will go into deficit for
four years and spend billions what would the reaction be?
People want what they want and if they don't get what they want the result is what
we got.
People rejected the conservative view of the world by two thirds and it is what it is

A Canadian is a Canadian and that was demonstrated the other night.
As for rural Quebec political nick is right they ain't gonna change as it
were. Conservatives will never change and right now that party must
find itself again as they are out of step with the rest. There are other
groups that feel they are ignored as well but the vast majority for now
are content Even New Democrats are not too unhappy at least Harper
is gone that was the main goal of most Canadians. Not only is he
gone most Canadians rejected the current Conservative Brand.
There is a difference between Progressive Conservatives and the other
the Social Conservatives that ruled the last four years.
Really only one wing of the conservative movement was hit hard.
What really happened is Harper thought he became King and that did
him in
