I read an article about that documentary a while ago (forget where). The fault here is with Afghanistan Aryan culture that practiced this horrendous exploitation for over 1,000 years - not with any religion. While much of this has been wiped out in much of the land, it still exists in isolated pockets. Hopefully this film will help end it.
