There are many jokes like this fitting many sects; but in the Quran, it is not the belonging to any sect that makes man immune against the punishment and requital; any one that commits evil will be recompensed accordingly.
This is in the Quran 4: 123
لَّيْسَ بِأَمَانِيِّكُمْ وَلا أَمَانِيِّ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ مَن يَعْمَلْ سُوءًا يُجْزَ بِهِ وَلاَ يَجِدْ لَهُ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ وَلِيًّا وَلاَ نَصِيرًا ...الخ
The explanation:
(It is not according to your vain desires nor the vain desires of the people of the Bible [: Jews and Christians]; but anyone who does evil shall be punished accordingly, and shall not find for him beside God any patron or helper.

This is against what is mentioned in many occasions in the Quran, like 55: 43-44
هَذِهِ جَهَنَّمُ الَّتِي يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا الْمُجْرِمُونَ . يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ آنٍ
The explanation:
([It will be said to them then:] "This is Hell which the criminals deny."

And in the aya 52: 14
هَذِهِ النَّارُ الَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ

If it were me: i would set up a camp by the lake and spend all my money on photographic equipment and scuba gear, dive down as far as possible and if there was a base, spark up the biggest Ganja joint i could to calm my nerves

Plenty of deaths have resulted from believing in one sect or another, and no-one has died as a result of some atheist killing on behalf of atheism, yet disbelieving is considered evil? That's just sociopathic in the least and I might say even psychopathic.
You should tell people who study Holy books all there lives that it will avail them not, because the truth can only be found in a mans heart, My God is pure love and all Human Beings will one day go to heaven but some a LOT sooner than others and i promise that one day i will see you there, but i know i will wait what seems an eternity. Holy books and Holy prophets make mistakes and so we are supposed to learn by the lesson: not use our own self righteous attitude to imagine they could do no wrong.

What you fail to understand is that when i wrote a lot i was unaware of the significance and checked the word LOT out after : i already told you i have not read my bible since childhood and what i tried to explain to the other people on my other posts is that i do not know were this is coming from and that is the TRUTH.
That is your truth. Nobody has had the same life experiences that you have had. Your experiences colour the way you perceive the truths that you come to through inspiration and revelation. Each person will come to their truth in ways that are comprehensible to them, thus, an Aborigine living on grubs in the deserts of Australia will have a different way of relating to the truth than a house wife living in a Canadian suburb.
People relate to spirit in forms that are culturally and personally acceptable to them. Although I agree with some of what you say, possibly most of what you say, I see things a little differently. My revelations come to me in a way that relates to my experiences of life and death. It is our duty to speak our truth, but we have to allow others to relate in their own way. It is also our duty to be knoledgable enough to understand where they are coming from.
Faith is trusting that the truth is available to anybody who seeks it. How they get there and how they perceive or visualize it is a personal matter and not for any of us to judge.
And that is where I object to religion. My truth is unshakable, but I will defend another's right to believe what they want when they are under attack by another. Unfortunately, some see another's truth as an attack on theirs and react angrily. But behind all anger is fear, so I can only conclude that if one's "truth" is shaken by the beliefs of another, their beliefs are on shaky ground. Why else would they be frightened by the beliefs of another.
My beef is with those who think their way is the only way. They have put the blinders on and will not accept that other's have a right to their own beliefs. People like eanassir, who constantly go on about how everybody who doesn't believe what he believes is going to hell or is going to suffer terrible pain and pestulence, have cemented their minds to the flexability and fluidness of life.

All i know cliff is when i worked as a private hire driver i never refused a fare and spoke to all my passengers and treated everybody better than myself and that is the truth, before this i was amongst eanassir muslims more than my own people, and have pieced together all the many strange pieces of the jig saw of my life.
The events of my life and the predicaments i have been placed in cannot be a coincidence for example.

The relevance of the title will become apparent towards the end, This man new scripture very well and yet carried around gloom and despair as if it were a warm coat, so much so that it radiated outwards and seemed to effect the people he came in to contact with, i met him after already having two years of hell on earth and been saved by our lord. the details of this encounter are very long and carried on for many years, when i met him he said he was hiding from the Jesus army who were a cult and were pursuing him.
I think he said the headquarters were at Barnt Green, i have his name and so i am sure some of the older people would remember him, going off tack slightly i met some very strange people for example. When i used to be a private hire driver working the rougher areas of Birmingham i came to see that there were worlds and people that somebody doing a normal nine to five job would never come in to contact with and so would be oblivious to there existence,I started doing daytime contracts to get away from all the strange people i came in to contact with on the all nighters and my first job was a well built guy with long black hair a gammy foot with a white stick who claimed to be nearly blind who in the course of conversation told me that he was a warlock and i noticed all the occult symbols on the inside of his arms he went on to say that he had twelve witch wives and that they traveled around Europe exploiting all the benefits offered to religious minorities sort of like the occult version of pikies, he certainly seemed to know all his entitlements in every country all across Europe, he made money on the side doing tarot readings and believe it or not was a art forger and would paint a Piccaso type painting and then age it and try and pass it off as a long forgotten work of art and he had a small industry of selling charms and potions apparantly to ward off evil, well nu labours still in control so i want my money back but then again one mans evil is another mans good and i must confess nearly all of his readings were spot on and i told him that if you have twelve females i do not care what you believe in one or two of them will try to kill you.
my next job was the jesus army center a guy with a head injury and i had to pick these two up.. two times a day three times a week, i have never met or sensed evil in anybody but i have encountered it once in my life, i met the witch sometime after i stopped working and he recoiled a bit when he seen that i had noticed him because he had lost half his body weight and he told me one of his wives had been putting small quantities of *beep* in his food but the police could not charge her because there was no evidence.
i asked for prayer from you kind people and sometime after the thought came that i was christened at st Pauls church as a baby and that i have never been Baptised in faith, a nice young man or lady in chat said that i would have to attend in fellowship, i know the need for caution but the lord moves in mysterious ways, since meeting an escapee from your group that most likely had a full immersion Baptism from one of you and seeing the path of destruction and despair first hand, i would have to say that it was me who needed to be careful.
on top of which i was testing a minister from another church group who lives in Australia who said he and his family was under satanic attack for hosting numerous sites and so i offered to do everything i could to stand in fellowship with him, the advice i game him after he failed to understand that i would have nothing to gain and everything to lose by doing this was as follows.
I was not aware that the sites were doing so well, i was trying to understand what was drawing me towards them, when i have not bothered with the others, what the lord raises up in the blink of an eye he can pull down again, i have never met a christian t> hat spreads the word of god admit to coming under direct attack from the enemy, only one man i have met with a bible under his arm who suffered and so did everyone he came in to contact with.

Treetop is a man from a soccer site and this is the dialog, i did have a breakdown because of relentless impossible circumstance but my fortune soon improved.
The only guy i cant figure on our notice board is Hoots but he always brings a smile to my face, i have also noticed that a certain individual and friends have no sense of humour what so ever and cannot laugh at themselves unless it is cynical and directed at some one who dares upset there status quo.
My door is always open to you treetop and i wont even talk politics or religion, look no further than those who try and ban humor and have no concept of laughing at each other to identify the real people who hate.

I don't know how much you know about me Keith, but briefly When I was 3 years old dad died of cancer exactly two months before my 6th birthday mum died of consumption/TB. I was put into an orphanage; it's a long story. But I always vowed after Mom and Dad, that life is too short to be miserable.
And I agree hoots makes me smile too, but I have a lot of respect for people like Maulley, Woodbine and trev689 (not too sure about the numbers).

Well Treetop apart from the fact that i always remain anon in the many many thousands i have donated to worthy causes i would be breaking the law if i sold any, talk about cutting your nose off to spite your face.
after the first obsene amount of money i received after my brothers tragic death and i had a feel good factor about the money i swore that any more money received that way would be simply given away or thrown away because all you need in life is three meals a day a warm bed and the love or companionship of a good woman and anything else is a bonus.
but old nick just keeps throwing it at me, when i had my breakdown my mother had three strokes i never knew at the time i was living rough on the streets and so when things settled down she sold her home and because i never wanted any of the money i suggested to a ex that we come to a mutual arrangement and support each other but fifteen months with no help for me or my mother had made me want some payback.
Draw a clock face and subtract from thirty one in incriments of three is the test i had to see how barmy i was supposed to be and unless you kill some body we cannot help you and so i would park my sports car next to the consultants and change it from time to time not once did they ask how i suddenly was driving around in sports cars?, i already had a house full of gold from my uncles estate because he had died in the meantime and because i knew exactly what our communist Goverment was up to, but was undecided which charity would be having it, so i filled up a case of ladies rings diamonds rubies etc.
treetop some things in life money or gold just cannot buy and i am not in the revenge department as a rule but when i told the shrink to choose one as i sat there with a big smile on my face, this is for all the advice you gave me and for helping me to help myself or words to that effect it was priceless and for twelve months and counting not a peep out of them.
What is happening with this solicitor and the DWP happened years ago except it was the inland revenue the two of them screwed thousands out of my grieving mother only this time i can picture her having a real good laugh that is six months and counting fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, whatever the outcome this Goverment will not see a penny of it. the solicitor has already took his over inflated amount, strange indeed?, but i bet he regrets sending me a letter stating as much.
I gave it all away treetop and not to any political party and i reckon i am the sanest man in the world because as a christian i am supposed to live on the bare minimum and trust unto god, and me and my companion have never been happier. i remember about your upbringing from a earlier post you made and all i can say is, there is only one certainty in life and it is what we do in between that counts. our world has long gone, i was happier years ago with nothing when you could trust people, for all the computers and films etc just seems like a high amount to pay for all the innocence and trust we had in our day. not going to be posting on here much anymore i will take a leaf out of everybody elses book and turn a blind eye whilst they take everything from us. because i realise now there is nothing i can do, you watch them cry and whinge when they realise what they have lost.

Well Treetop apart from the fact that i always remain anon in the many many thousands i have donated to worthy causes i would be breaking the law if i sold any, talk about cutting your nose off to spite your face.
after the first obsene amount of money i received after my brothers tragic death and i had a feel good factor about the money i swore that any more money received that way would be simply given away or thrown away because all you need in life is three meals a day a warm bed and the love or companionship of a good woman and anything else is a bonus.

So what's the problem, deciding what to take seriously? I do find it odd that you put "puritanical Christians communists and unbelievers" all on the same side. That's at least three very different positions. I suggest you reject them all, none of them really make any consistent sense to me except the atheist position, and figure out for yourself what satisfies you.
So many do not rely on the power they have between their ears, and decide to
let others decide their lives for them, doesn't make sense to me.
If we really needed to hand our senses over so that we don't have to 'think', then
we wouldn't need a thought process at all, 'just a leash' around our neck.
