When Britain's Met Office - the best in the world at weather predictions, which actually trains other countries' weather forecasters - has been obsessed with Global Warming. For a long time it has been giving dire predictions of what will happen to the world as a result of "climate change".



But then last year it discovered that there has been no Global Warming since 1997, and so embarrassed was it by the news that it was reluctant to release it, only doing so on Christmas Eve when it knew there were no newspapers to report it.

It's not Global Warming is Climate Change..strange weather and unusual weather in parts of the world that generally does not happen.

Like to much moisture in the air causing floods in Calgary, Toronto, New Brunswick and many places in the USA.

Stronger storms because of more warm moisture in the air.

It used to be called "Global Warming".

But then the Warmists realised that it wasn't happening after all, so to stop then looking really stupid they just changed it to "Climate Change" instead.

..anyone who does not believe in Climate Change, it is my greatest hope is they get hit with a tornado, flood, whatever and watch them change their tune.. they will be screaming climate change when their house is floating away.

So nobody thinks that since we have instant news nearly worldwide, that things we saw 100 years back, or 60, that were not reported do not count?
I remember well, on the ranch in east central Alberta in 1957, hailstones so big and jagged they tore the hides of the cattle. I remember the tornado that took the hay crop from an entire field. I remember huge snow drifts, at one point our single story school was covered and we had to dig our way in. We were 150 miles or more from any city so none paid attention to us.

Better still, we all know the social engineers pegged it as 'Man-Made Global Warming'...then there was some sort of a problem with that and it very quietly went away. Imagine that.

Thats what happens with science. You have a theory and test it. If its wrong you disregard it and look to other possibilities. Warming was proven wrong. Climate change hasn't been - at least not yet.

This ebb and flow of the Polar Ice Cap is a 100 some odd year cycle. This was expected. Watch how fast the AGW Industry forgets it and moves on to the next (cyclical) piece of evidence of 'Climate Change' (they're covering their bases now.. since the Warming bit just ain't happening). :roll:

This is only exciting for residents of 2-D world.

For those of us living in the real 3-D world where ice has depth as well as width and length, the Arctic ice cover is still way down from several decades ago and vulnerable to further losses in years where the conditions favor less single year ice.

The overall volume is way down.
