Y'know, every once in a while I step back from the mudslinging that's endemic on this board and try to say something kinda thoughtful. So here goes. . .

HarperCons, I been around a while. And I mean WAAAAY around. Once upon a time, I watched the sun set over the Oklahoma prairie. Then I watched it rise over the Oklahoma prairie. Then I got some growth on me, and I watched the sun set over the Canadian Rockies, and rise over the Canadian Rockies (I moved).

Then after a spell, I watched the sun set over Mt. Fuji. After that, I watched the sun rise over the Berlin Wall. I was there. I got a front-row seat for the epic battle between authoritarian socialism and democratic capitalism. Not in some rice-paddy third-world country, but in the middle of Marx's own homeland. And after 44 years of the joys of socialism and 28 years of the Wall, "Fur Unsere Sicherheit," the people got a choice. They got it because they took it. And they voted. And in the free-est, fairest election in human history, the Germans voted. We call the result Die Mauerfall.

And the Wall came tumbling down.

You're done, boy. If the might of the Soviet Union (for which I actually have a lot of respect) and Poland, and Hungary, and Czech, and the DDR, could not hold the people in authoritarian socialism, a bunch of Canadian parlor pinks and corner boys ain't gonna get the job done.

Give it up. You push it, you will lose. You go for your "revolution," you will die.

I would never sneak a peek. I'm a good boy. all these nekkid rumors these days, it's so hard to keep up with such stuff eh. but yeah, I've heard of sites and stuff. heard of sites.
