Trump Campaign Files First Formal Request Directly to Supreme Court For Intervention in Pennsylvania Election
The campaign of President Donald J Trump filed a petition [pdf here] and motion [pdf here] asking for expedited consideration before the U.S. Supreme Court. The substance of the petition is a request to reverse some Pennsylvania Supreme Court decisions.
This is the first direct filing to the U.S. Supreme Court for intervention in the 2020 election and seeks expedited consideration prior to the January 6, 2021, congressional certification of the electoral college vote.
This filing today “represents the Campaign’s first independent U.S. Supreme Court filing and seeks relief based on the same Constitutional arguments successfully raised in Bush v. Gore.”
Too little, too late. The GOP should have been "on this" prior to the election as everyone knew that this would take place; in fact some Dems openly stated that Biden would win without a doubt.
Now they need to fix things for the 2022 & 2024 elections which, under the Dems, won't happen. So Americans have only themselves to blame, especially knowing how biased the media is, and for not taking the time to research what exactly was happening in their country.
Now Canadians must take heed as Trudeau is taking the same page from the Dems books (with their help btw).

The states do have until the 6th to recall their electoral votes and reassign them

I think in the USA there is a willingness to wait till all legal avenues are dispensed before things go hot,
and I think they will should there be no legal recourse left available.
It is an issue that is the culmination of decades of good people giving and giving and giving, only to be turned on and now called the enemy.
All their generosity, hard work, goodwill, and neighborliness has now been determined to be the greatest transgression in the world.
Their very existence is anathema to building back better.
The only acceptable appeasement may be secession of states, and a grace period for the free flow of people wanting to move in and out of those states.
Does anybody remember those days not so long ago when the progressives were staunch advocates of the perilous consequences of concentrating power in the hands of a few companies/people?
Now they openly beg for it, Bernays would be proud of how so few can control the minds of so many so easily.

I read on the USA forums that they are still trying to get the election results changed. Maybe the the USA could do well to try to get elections to operate under one set of rules, for the whole country. It would appear that each county is each state have their own set of rules. If anyone breaks the rules they can be given some time to reflect on what they did, like20 year. No pardon or reprieve from any president, unless the president was to join them. I cannot see how the public in USA accepts the fact that a president (both parties) can let the crooks out of jail kno the reason why they are pardoned is because they are corrupt.
