the bombs that exploded were "blairs" bombs.......

Interesting to see how badly bush needs a terrorist attack somewhere on this planet to elevate his "ratings" a few points. Works every time. Talk about the brick wall syndrome.

each attack.....should immediately decrease his "ratings' as they are evidence that what he has done and is doing is not working. Each attack is indicative of the fact that he (and his buddy) have fostered more terrorism. Each ignorant word (repetative crap) they utter only perpetuates the potential for more....and the cycle of violence continues.

Maybe living in fear and giving up rights is letting the terrorists win.

exactly. The "terrorists" have the upper hand anyhow. They have the element of surprise in their favor. Instead of being localized as other terror situations have been......this is now global. No one can predict where they will "attack" next. As long as they are unprdictable.....they have the "control"....so to speak. Meanwhile the likes of bush etc....are predictable in their responses..

a totally new tactic is needed......one that will regain the control from them. Some serious think tank time is required , with new strategies that are a lot more intelligent.

What do you think the terrorists are trying to 'win' at? (real question, not meant to incite)

It depends on the terrorists. The leaders have political goals like getting western countries out of their part of the world. They've stated them pretty clearly over time.

I think most of the people who do the actual work of blowing things (and themselves) up are more interested in revenge for past wrongs though...personally or politically...than future goals. They might want the US and Britain out of Iraq, but their personal motivation is, "Look what those bastards did." The leaders know how to take advantage of that.

The thing to remember is that terrorism is generally reactionary. Somebody did something to them or people they sympathise with and, rightly or wrongly, they are reacting to it. If you look at the history of terrorism, whether you are looking at the Weathermen, the IRA, or al Qaeda, there are political goals that the terrorists feel cannot be addressed any other way.

Was London a Loose Cannon Operation By a Desperate Netanyahu?
Netanyahu was "warned." Translation: He was supervising.

Same military explosives as those used in Israel by terrorists. Translation: Israelis did London.

The 10-pound explosives were smuggled from the Balkans. Translation: Netanyahu brought them to London in his diplomatic briefcase.

Was Israel warned or did Israel do the warning? Tel Aviv said, "Discussion is too risky. All Israelis shut up!" But Netanyahu talks and talks, and gloats and gloats, and tells the whole world what to do because of what "the terrorists" (his people) did in London.

Four explosions, similar timed devices. One man could have done it. Translation: One of Netanyahu's boys did it.

In front of 2,500 functioning video cameras?

Did Netanyahu go it alone? Did his hormones push him to break ranks?

Ariel Sharon called Netanyahu shortly after the first bombing to see if he was ok. Sharon was not in the loop.

Netanyahu on all channels certainly sounded like he could not wait any longer for the "coalition" to invade Iran or Syria. He sounded desperate and lonely.

He was in better spirits after 9/11 when he said, "This is good . . ."

"A very bad mistake, Netanyahu. The Israelis are not supposed to strike inside Britain. Too close to home. And we have a deal with Scotland Yard. You broke it. They will not cover up for us anymore."

"9/11 was in the US, and that was fine, and Israel got it 'covered' by the media and the White House."

"Madrid was also fine, the Spanish police are not that good. Same for Turkey, Indonesia, Africa, Yemen, Beirut."

"But here in London? Are you out of your mind?"

I think Netanyahu is a loose cannon. Expect more of the sort.

How did the personal documents of a man who supposedly blew himself up at Edgeware show up not only at Edgware but at Aldgate?

Plant the evidence to pin the problem on the British Muslim community. Cui Bono?
