You probably should take your own advice.

Yes

You are having trouble following or were completely shocked.

Either way you moved the goal post. It is all here... where you began your nose dive.

Sigh.

Just stick to Bush did it. You'll be ok.

Lol, oh brother. Do you not see, in the very quotes that you supply, my numerous attempts to try to keep you focused on the topic?

I asked very basic questions about your example and you meander off into something else and ignore the questions I asked. When you give an example of someone who doesn't work in your state, and I ask how much of what you are talking about is actually part of the federal budget, the link you provided does not answer that question.

Oh spare me. It is all there. You got stumped.

You are aware that there are state and federal programs? Geez. I gave you the whole cost of entitlements in the Fed Budget! Then you nose dived.

And if you think for one moment I am going to dissect the Federal Govt's budget and see what state gets what federal entitlement and for how much then you are freaking high! Do you really think I am going to spend hours doing research for you when you can't even follow a thread!

Lol, how can one be "stumped" in this situation? Were we ever playing some sort of guessing game?

This is what I was trying to get at like 10 posts ago. There are federal programs and state programs. Programs paid for by the state are not part of the federal budget. Giving me the federal budget doesn't answer the basic question of how much of the example you provided is actually funded by the federal government.

Since welfare reform, much of the cost of the example you provided would fall onto the state.

I was thinking the same thing. It was simple but...

You still can't follow along.

Oh well.

If you don't understand what is state funded and what is federally funded how on earth do you expect to wrap your head around this issue?

Oh then by all means... go find out each and every state entitlement for all 50 states and territories... and each and every Federal Entitlement and how those entitlements are distributed to each state and territory. Oh and the distributed costs associated to each state entitlement (again for all 50 plus territories) and each Federal entitlement.

Then get back to me.

Lol, why on earth would we need to do that?

We are talking about the example you chose, Massachusetts. Shouldn't you know this for at least the example you chose?

If you don't actually know what is state funded and what is federally funded, how can you be so sure about your convictions? Maybe you are barking up the entirely wrong tree.

Minnesota: Gopher State
Last year, Sen. Ted "LOL" Cruz (R-TX) told anyone within earshot that if Republicans failed to repeal Obamacare by January 1, 2014, they would never be able to repeal Obamacare: "If we get to January 1, this thing is here forever."

But now that date has come and gone, and even though Republicans failed to repeal Obamacare, Cruz says he still believes it can be done. Why? Well:
The reason Cruz thinks the law can still be repealed is that he and others had the high-profile fight to defund Obamacare in the first place. "I think we are seeing the fruits of the battle that so many millions of Americans engaged in last fall to stop Obamacare," Cruz said. "I think the direct result of that fight was to elevate the national debate about the harms that Obamacare has caused. And as a consequence, I think the terrain has changed, and I believe we will repeal Obamacare."
In other words, LOL Cruz thinks Republicans can still repeal Obamacare because they failed to repeal Obamacare. And as stupid as that sounds, I guess it sort of makes sense, because—as I'm sure Cruz would argue if asked to elaborate—you can't repeal something that's already been repealed.

In fact, when you spin the words that way, the True Genius of LOL Cruz becomes apparent, because if he'd succeeded in repealing Obamacare last year, Republicans would have nothing to do this year. But he did fail, and because of that failure, they can Keep Hope Alive. Or something.

All the more reason why we want a Cruz-Coulter ticker in 2016 as it guarantees a victory for America! :)

Just in case anyone had any doubts about where Texas Sen. Ted Cruz's heart really lies, he's decided to take a bold stand with Vladimir Putin against treating people equally regardless of their sexual orientation by coming out with legislation against marriage equality :

Ted Cruz put up an informal poll on his Facebook page. Are you better off now than you were before Obamacare? In seven days, there were over 47,000 comments. The most favoured comments rise to the top as default, and they don't look good for Cruz:

"Yes. Costs stopped climbing. I'm a small business guy and I don't have to worry because insurance companies can't drop us anymore."

"I don't have Obamacare, but someone I know who had bad mouthed it for the past for years, recently had to get coverage after her husband recently passed away. The first words out of her mouth, "Thank God for Obamacare." She is a staunch Republican and believes everything she hears on Fox News. And those who are saying they won't comply are cutting off their noses to spite their faces. Wake up!"

"Yes! Everyone in my family has a pre-existing condition that range from minor to serious. We were uninsurable on the individual market. Now we've got great coverage through healthcare.gov. We did NOT get a subsidy but it still fits our budget!"

Probably not what he was expecting.

He should have expected it... it was Facebook. There word went out a few months ago... start telling good stories. Look at our little Gopher. He's good for at least one a night. 9.5 Million insured he says... that is even higher than the government figures.

I wish I had a link to my post about the bartenders and waiters at a place I frequent. The bartender told us the owner cancelled all their health insurance. He told them all it was too expensive for his business and told them all to get their own! I laughed my head off because he's a hard core Democrat.

He was born in Canada to an US citizen mother which, according to US law, makes him a US citizen; not that the law matters to leftards, right Spacebarman.

Jeez, good thing Cruz`s mom didn't give birth in Kenya, right? Not that retardocons would be consistent with their application of legal principles anyways.

Lol, where were you during all the birther debates about Obama?

That is going to be a pretty hard 180 to explain if the right actually wants to make this argument for Cruz.
