Note that not all Muslims in Canada are immigrants. Note that not all Muslims women wear Burkas. Or serve hamburgers, for that matter.

The Muslims culture, in general, do not have any cultural activities that depict joy or beauty, like dancing in beautiful costumes, beautiful dresses, singing songs, theathers etc etc.
Almost all other ethnic groups that come to Canada bring with them one of their cultural activites that portrays beauty.
Most do not consider a burka or a sucide vest an apparel of beauty.
