Not being a liberal I wouldn't know if that claim is true. This especially in view of the fact that right wingers are such notorious liars.
As for Cuomo, it is only the delusional right wingers who call him liberal (the fact that he got so many Republican votes proves the point that he wasn't). No surprise given the fact that anything short of Ghenghis Khan is a liberal to so many of these delusionals.
