Bear in mind that as a public figure, Rachel Notley somewhat loses her individualism as part of the bargain.... This was/is the case for all politicians.
To her credit, she did live up to a number of her election promises, however, those kept-promises were (in my opinion) poor choices.... To that ends, it is not unreasonable to state that by keeping those promises and now understanding that they were poor choices and with the knowledge that they were developed by her personally, one could conceivably say that she has failed
