A card shark called Russia’s sexiest poker player was tragically killed by what officials believe was a massive electrical shock.
Liliya Novikova, 26, was alone in her Moscow apartment at the time. Her lifeless body was discovered on the floor of her bathroom.
Investigators believe the beauty was charging her phone in the bathroom when the incident occurred.

Russian media said Novikova was a mathematical genius with a degree in engineering from a top Russian university.

The Russian Investigative Committee said: “During the first checks of young woman’s dead body, signs of electric shock trauma were registered.”
In addition to playing poker, Novikova was also a keen cyclist, snowboarder, rower and boxer.
A postmortem is to be held.
