I'd like to see him convicted and sentenced to a long term of community service-several years of filling bags of groceries @ the food bank, shoveling driveways, washing windows @ community centres and the like.

Perhaps he should get something, but let's not "kill a mosquito with a sledge hammer":)

Machjo, good to see you back...someone resurrected a necro-thread the other day and you were in it and I realized I hadn't seen you in forEVER

honestly, they shouldn't fire him, they shouldn't prosecute him, there's a thread around here about warnings...well this would be an instance in where a warning suffices. I ask you, what balanced person runs around impersonating others? NONE. Buddy is off his meds, or hasn't been put on the right meds, or needs to be prescribed meds. He has brought a world of hurt down upon himself and his family. Poor bastard is likely still in bed.

Sometimes ya just have to walk away, shake it off and let things be.

This is one of those instances.

Agreed.

What he needs is 12 weeks with the drill sergeant I had in basic training.

You really want to hang this guy from the nearest lamppost. People that do these things have problems.
He will live with this for the rest of his life.
His peers, friends, family, employers will all know about this.
I think that is enough punishment.
Think about it for a few minutes.

Wearing a uniform without authorization is against Canadian criminal law. I didn't make the rules but I won't complain if he gets stepped on a bit.

I would if while he's being "stepped on" someone else gets away with doing something that's dangerous or somebody does get hurt. I think some laws that are made are done so to keep bureaucrats busy!:)

Yeah he's been suspended from Potvin Construction and all but still, it must have been a banner day when he went in to work (assuming he had the guts to show up) and all the guys now know how big a fukking loser franck is.

anyway, enjoy your unemployment arsehole.

They don't make those anymore.

Pity that.

When I went through we started with 54 and were warned 1/2 of us would be axed as they weeded out the weakest link every day or two or people just quit due to the intense BS. We graduated with 21 at the RCA Battle School in Shilo in February while about 30 guys watched us parade, cleaned up afterwards and then were booted back to civvie street.

The last basic course I was involved in every recruit graduated.

They definitely don't make those anymore.
