If you massage your muscle you will fall asleep.

You have to remember that you are growing old and your body is starting to go into the retirement mode even though you are fit and active it still is going through a change.

You might have a condition you might not be aware of.

Get a physical or get a Gnome test to see what other problem you are about to have.

Back in the old days when your ancestors hunted, the animals would eat the older hunters and back in those days they were a lot younger than you.

I have the same problem and in my case every two or three days of little sleep the next night I am out for eight or more hours.
