There is more written documentation on the Holocaust, than Oral documentation of Residential Schools, to compare the two is asinine. The willing and systematic destruction of the Jewish people compared to trying to remove the Indian from First Canadians to try to force assimilate into Canadian society, with a few alter boy moments mixed in. I don't even think you can compare the Residential school "Genocide" as you call it, close to the treatment the Aztecs got from their Spanish visitors.

As far as natural selection goes - no. Natural selection over geological time is one of the things that results in a species. What happened to indigenous people happened hundreds of thousands of years after the process of natural selection began.
There is no secret that can't be uncovered. The risk with looking into the Indian Affairs is that it will show the Canadian Government was involved in nothing less than human trafficking in that many that went to the Residential Schools simply disappeared and that means the died while in their custody.
