Back when the thread was made in the members area was the result of a thread where some topic had me replying to several posters at the same time and if all of those posts were viewed under the gang part I'm not so sure the group woun't have qualified as being defined as a gang. Me laughing and making smart remarks woul probably take away that I was under duress or 'upset' enough that it would qualify as 'being over the top'. Now if I suicided and in my note I mentioned how sad it was that I was unable to make friends on-line and due to my new impairments that was my only alternative to being a total shut-in. What could an ambulance chasing Lawyer do with that in a wrongful death suit against the same ones now being sued, two insurance companies?
