''Bush is gone don't think about him anymore.''

Somehow, I get the feeling that the father with the dead child who was killed by Bush doesn't quite see things the way you do.

Beck defined birthers as people who believe Obama was born in Kenya or other foreign country, was raised as a Manchurian candidate and somehow brainwashed Hillary Clinton into not exposing his fraud. According to Beck's running joke, birthers believe someone – maybe Obama's KGB "control" – preemptively placed Obama's birth announcement in 1961 Hawaiian newspapers with a "roadmap" of getting an African man into office.
As for Obama producing a long-form birth certificate to actually prove his place of birth, Beck questioned, "Why do that when these people ['birthers'] are so discrediting themselves?"

President Obama just completed the UNHOLY and ANTI-AMERICAN TRIFECTA:

1st president in 110 years to miss the annual Army-Navy Football Game.

1st president to not attend any Christmas religious observance.

1st president to stay on vacation after a terrorist attack.

Bush was visiting school kids and did not rush to react for 9/11 What is with these guys?

More hope and change.

Unemployment rate stays at 10% in December, but job losses more than expected
By Don Lee

The nation's employers cut a net 85,000 jobs last month after adding to their payrolls in November. More than 4 million jobs disappeared in 2009.

  • Reporting from Washington - The U.S. economy shed a larger-than-expected 85,000 jobs in December, a disappointing finish to a year that saw more than 4 million positions disappear, according to a government report today.

The unemployment rate last month held steady at 10%, but only because more people dropped out of the workforce.

Yup, as soon as your unemployment insurance runs out, you are dropped from rolls as seeking employment because you are still unemployed. (6 months, one year and your nobody). Do not count anymore, nothing, nada.

So what is your point ironsides? Do you want to change the way you people calculate unemployment now, to show a huge, sudden jump in unemployment numbers?

Now we really have to wait for the unemployment to come down. Most economists think that it will indeed come down, the question is when and how much.

PLEASE, quit picking on Obama, you rascally old conservatives!

He promised on the campaign trail that his will be the most transparent administration, that all will be open to the public, that all will be broadcast on C-Span. (For the illiterate Canadians, that is a cable network, similar to our copy of it, CPAC).

Well he deliverd as He promised: Exactly one (1) hour on C-Span, sometimes.

Ain't he great and honest?

Yes, show actual unemployment, not some number that they fudge. For this though, we have to go back to Johnson/Nixon era when they changed it top what they show now. They were closer to the truth then. (more realistic)

I see, and you want to do that just before the November elections, right? How convenient for your party. And I suppose if by chance a Republican wins in 2012, you would no doubt want to go back to the current method of counting unemployment, showing a sudden, huge drop in unemployment?

Yes, now, I have been against it since its inception. When it was started, they included the military which they never did as being part of the work force to make the numbers look good. How convient it was for them to start it in the first place. Just correcting a wrong.

"7.5 Million Americans out of work... half of them lost their job since Obama took office."

Does not matter. It is Bush's fault! ALWAYS!

Much as you (and EagleSmack) may not like the fact YJ, the economy is on the mend. Sure, December numbers were disappointing, but November actually saw an increase in number of jobs for the first time in more than two years.

There is every sign that economy is on the mend. And if unemployment does indeed start dropping by middle of the year (and there are signs that it probably will, November may well be harbinger of things to come), watch out. The only issue your party can exploit is high unemployment. If unemployment starts its downward trend, you can forget any dreams you may have about your party taking control of Senate and the House.

And yes, Bush (and Republicans) are mostly to blame for the economic meltdown.

So what's your point? I don't believe Ogama is in the job creation or confiscation business. People can not create jobs, unless there is a demand somewhere. It ain't rocket science Y.J. AND IT DEFINITELY aint' got nuthin' to do with being Republican or Democrat.

And according to your philosophy, everything is the fault of dirty young black Democrats (and Liberals here in Canada). So what is your point?
