Walter happy to hear from you, I was wondering what the response would be to the
loss of the Republican Party last night. Romney loses in his home State in New
England, and Ryan there's a pitiful joke, he lost in his home State.
Some are saying Obama had nothing more than excuses, at least his excuse was
a valid one. The Republicans and their attitudes defeated them. They botched the
economy during the Bush Administration and Obama is trying to clean it up.
The rantings of a rabid right, the hostile toxic climate of right wing radio shows and
the blundering fools talking about legitimate rape for example destroyed any chance
of Romney winning. People only listen to nonsense for a certain period of time
before they mentally turn the noise off. Anyone looking at this from a step back had
to know the outcome. It didn't even take until midnight to determine the outcome.
Look at the electoral college vote margin it tells you the outcome.
Rural America, with fewer votes went Republican and stayed true to nineteenth century
thinking. The Urban vote that is moving on went for Obama.
I still believe people voted to approve medicare in droves last night and now the historic
journey will begin until there is universal coverage it will take a while but it will happen in
the future.
