It is a black mark on society when people have no respect for the opinions and choices that other make! Never, in all my years, have I seen such selfishness as demonstrated in the years 2015-16! This denigration of anyone who speaks or supports in any way that which you disagree with is leading to the loss of democracy.
Would you all like to have people who disagree with your electoral choice barred from voting?
I strongly disagree with the choice of a Liberal Government (JT) but I still respect the rights of those who voted for it. They are Canadians with the same rights as I have and although I disagree with their choice, I respect their right to make that choice. That's what democracy is about.
Funny, you can't call a person a Paki or a Chinaman, a fag or a towel head. But it's perfectly acceptable to call them stupid, ignorant, low class, you-name-it, if you disagree with what they say or do. That's disgraceful and tells a sad tale about what our society has become.
Universities should be allowing freedom of choice, not squelching it! If a student wants to wear a Trump hat, that's her right. So suck it up.

Some probably would. I find it a convenient way to see what people in other parts of the country have to say. Granted some are out to lunch permanently but it does give you a idea of what people might be thinking. Or not.

Such hate speech. Whatever one might think of Trump, he does not own a copyright on red hats and that phrase. A person could disagree with Trump on every point of his and still agree with the statement on that hat. A person could even be a Clinton supporter and still agree with the statement on the hat.
