Here's Wikipedia. I know that's a favorite with the climate change denier crowd.
Warmth
The optimal day temperature range for cannabis is 24 to 30 °C (75 to 86 °F). Temperatures above 31 °C (88F) and below 15.5 °C (60F) seem to decrease THC potency and slow growth. At 13 °C (55F) the plant undergoes a mild shock, though some strains withstand frost temporarily.[6][7][8]

Can the Liberals return to fiscal conservatism? By Anthony Furey, Postmedia Network.

There was a time when the federal Liberals proudly considered fiscal conservatism a part of their identity. If you asked a senior Liberal what it was his or her party stood for, the refrain was most often “fiscally conservative, socially liberal”.
That was then. This is now. Justin Trudeau’s team aren’t your parents’ Liberals.
But is there any hope they’ll return to their previously more balanced perspective?
These worlds collided the other day when one former Liberal finance minister spoke out on Canada’s increasing debt burden, giving advice to the current Liberal finance minister.
“In many ways, it’s the main job of the finance minister to say ‘no,’ and if you don’t have a clear fiscal framework that everyone has made a political commitment to achieving, it makes the job of the finance minister very, very difficult,” John Manley told the Globe & Mail last week. “If you have no framework, then everybody’s got a good case for spending.”
(OF course our LIE-berals HAVE a fiscal framework- to BUY as many votes as they need, at any price necessary so they can cling to power! Of course Our idiot Boy Justin has an additional fiscal framework he inherited from his vile father Pierre- to DESTROY what Our Pet called “Cdn Imperialism”! The vile Pierre Trudope wished to take “Canada from the past into the future via the route of radical socialism- as Our Pet told Telegram reporter Lubor Zink. Its why Our Pet praised the “genius of Chairman Mao for murdering 30 million Chinese in the Great Leap Forward. Its why Our idiot Boy Justin publicly “admires the Chinese Communist Party for the way they get things done” Its why Sacha Trudope has stated that Cuban dictator Castro is the greatest leader in South America- much superior to any merely elected leader! The Trudopes are all dangerous demagogues with a hostility to democracy based on the bigotry of father Pierre as Max Nemni- the chosen biographer and close friend of Our Pet has documented!)
Manley made the comments in response to the shocking news discovered in a buried finance department report that Canada is on track to hit $1 trillion in debt by 2031 and may not return to surplus until 2055.
He was a cabinet minister for a decade during the Jean Chretien years, culminating in assignments as finance minister and deputy prime minister.
(OH thats NICE-even a former LIE-beral finance minister is getting worried by the huge deficits Our idiot Boy prime minister is running!)
Manley is now CEO of the Business Council of Canada. His words remind us of just how different the previous incarnation of the Liberal party was from today’s.
It’s hard to imagine a current Liberal minister describing one of the Liberals’ defining principles as fiscal conservatism.
Trudeau certainly doesn’t use that language. He actually bragged during the last election that his was the most progressive platform on offer.
(Our idiot Boy is also running the most costly govt in Cdn peace time history, with his father Pierre coming a close second in the “ why not waste it-because its only money sweepstakes”!
If by progressive he meant he was the leader pledging to chalk up the most amount of debt, no one would argue with him. Least of all that finance report showing just how catastrophic Trudeau’s policies will be if they continue for years to come.
(I guess we all ought to learn to speak Greek because we can look forward to living like them- bankrupt and un-employed!)
Whether or not the government decides to get its fiscal house back in order hinges on whether Liberals will once again embrace the merits of fiscal conservatism.
A lot of that has to do with who holds the most sway with the PM.
(Sadly, we have enough information to say that Our idiot Boy is a hard line socialist just like his odious father and such Hogs are not swayed by logic. Our Boy wants to build both our economy and a new world order “with heart”. By which he means putting socialist/communist values and social engineering ahead of reason, logic and proven economic principles-just like Soviet Union and his beloved Cuban dictatorship-we all heard Our stupid Boy praising Castro as a great man and father Pierre Trudope heaped praise on Chinese Chairman Mao for “rushing 30 million Chinese to the gallows” in his book Two Innocents in Red China.)
It’s hard to believe the current finance minister, Bill Morneau, would have made the same budgetary choices had he been left alone to devise the budget himself.
Now this would never happen. No prime minister would leave the entire budget up to the finance minister. But it’s a useful thought exercise.
After all, that shocking finance report arrived at its numbers by looking at Canada’s aging population and the impacts it will have on revenues and social service spending.
This subject is Morneau’s professional focus. He had senior roles at Morneau Sheppell, a leading benefits and retirement consulting firm founded by his father, for 20 years.
(IN other words, Morneau KNOWS the fiscal shit storm heading our way because he studied it for 20 years in private life!)
There’s no way he can look at a report like this and not know it spells trouble and the need to chart a clear path out of it.
But is Morneau in a position where he can make these decisions? Will the buck even stop with Trudeau, or will his key advisor, the unelected Gerald Butts, prove to be the architect of our financial demise?
(No doubt he will later state “I was just following orders’ as if he were a Nazi defending himself at Nuremburg! But can Morneau really pass off responsibility for being a fiscal numbskull by blaming Trudope for making him present such a budge deficit?)
The Hill Times has reported the Liberal caucus refers to him as “PM Butts”. Kevin O’Leary has even singled him out as a “vampire” sucking the blood out of our economy.
Going forward, Trudeau needs to give Morneau the widest leash possible. And he needs to hand the spotlight over to the fiscal conservatives around him.
The financial sustainability of our nation relies on it.
