148 & 88....that is Fleetwood, not Whalley or Newton.
I remember as a kid playing pond hockey down the hill at Fry's corner.
Fleetwood is the other side of 152. 148/88 is Newton. I had to walk across the street to use my neighbour's phone to avoid long distance charges.
